"Having the ability over shadows can come in handy." Nicolas smiled back.

Niran began to walk in the direction of the forest "So what exactly are you?" She asked over her shoulder.

"Shadow Warrior." Nicolas walked beside her.

"What's that?" Niran asked him a bit confused.

"Shadow Warriors originally were created to protect the Gates of Heaven. After they closed, we started going around and killed evil demons."

"Oh well..." Niran drifted a little away from him.

Nicolas looked at her." You don't have to worry. I don't sense anything that would name you an evil demon."

"Well I would consider myself an evil demon." Niran didn't dare get closer to him.

"I don't consider you one." Nicolas smiled softly at her.

Niran didn't return the smile "If only you new." she said quietly.

"If you were an evil demon, I would be Death himself."

Niran smiled slightly " You seem to like me."

Nicolas blushed slightly." W-what gives you that idea?"

" Well first of all you saw what I did to my last boyfriend." Niran shuddered slightly " And second you defended me when your friend was bein' well an ass." Niran didn't look at him but smiled.

Nicolas rubbed the back of his head as he blushed a bit more. He didn't know what to say.

Niran sighed and stared into the trees "But what do I know?,right"

"Your actually pretty right about me liking you." He murmured.

"Huh?" Niran asked confused.

"I like you, alright." Nicolas said as his cheeks turned red.

Niran smiled a little to scared to look at him "But you barely know me."
