Aer --
Aeran dragons range in size and live in the wild and amongst the Aerans themselves. There are several species of pet dragons bred that are as common to have in an Aeran home as a dog or cat would be.
Terra --
Terran dragons are massive, but relaxed. They're also not very friendly towards people, so it's common to see them in the wild, but not common to interact with them.
Fulgur-
These dragons are unpredictable. They tolerate humans, but do not like them very much and tend to shoot warning bolts of lightning at anyone who gets too close to them. They range in sizes.
Pyro--
Pyroan dragons are large and proud creatures. They perceive Pyroans as lesser, child-like dragons who are not very wise. {Most dragons perceive Pyroans as lesser dragons}. They do not dislike humans and will help them if they are found in the wild.
Cryoa--
Much like in Pryo, Cryoan dragons don't dislike humans, but are super territorial. If humans get near them, they will attack. However, they don't go out of their way to hurt people.
Obrizus--
Laid-back and really friendly, Obrizus dragons live in the wild and by cities, though not within human cities. They exist alongside each other, but stay out of each other's way.
Ingenium--
There are a wide variety of dragons in Ingenium. Many of the breeds have floral attachments or resemble living plants. They smaller breeds live within cities and homes, but are not pets. The larger ones live more in the wild or act as a form of guard for some smaller villages.
Unda--
As with most beasts and creatures of Unda, there are those that are domesticated and those they may eat humans. The domesticated ones are uncommon, but not rare.
All dragons have elemental powers similar to the country they are native to, most breath fire, and most can fly.
To be a dragon breeder, I would recommend Aer or Ingenium. Tamer, Unda might work, though it is not a common job.

If you go to the link here, then you will find all the listed world lore, magic rules, ect.
We have 17 characters currently & 10 players. There are 8 different rp locations, so there is like 8 mini-rps in the same world with groups of 2-3.

The Neutralist won't be coming in for a very long time. You may make an Obrizusian. ^^
Due to the nature of the Neutralist powers, I will need to see how players role play and follow the rules before trusting them with one. So if you're interest, making an Obrizusian first would go a long way in helping.
