Diable turned and looked Andrew in the eye. "It isn't about mocking me or hurting me because of my past. It because of what I am that caused my scars." She said in an almost demonic voice as she turned sharply and headed out the door to the courtyard.
"I'm a humanoid wolf. There isn't really much I can make fun of because of appearance or what you are."
"Try being a Luner Demon for a day and you'll know how I feel." Diable retorted. She hated how people jugded her from her race having the word 'demon' in their title.
"That's kinda cool," he smiled, "So, does that mean the moon gives you some sort of power since you're lunar and all?"
Diable nodded. "Yes, I can only use my full power at night when the moonlight is around me."
"That's pretty cool actually," he smiled and sat down. "What kind of powers do you have?"
Diable sat down next to Andrew and shrugged. "Nothing much. We can use shadows to cover ourselves for hours, being able to use our blood as weapons, having dark iris blood, all that kinda stuff."
"That's really cool," he smiled comfortingly. When he glanced over at the table where he usually sat, his friends were giving him a "You're crazy" look and no doubt wondering why the wolf was hanging out with the weird girl. Andrew ignored them and looked back at Diable, "I feel like there's some kind of link gonna on here, ya know?" he said in a joking manner, a stupid smile on his face, "You're a lunar demon, I'm a wolf. Wolves Joel at the moon..."
Diable rolled her crinsom eyes but with a small smile on her face. "I doubt that, there are Luner Angels but they usually don't hang around Earth unless they are called upon or exiled." Diable saw the kids that were looking at her and Andrew, knowing that everyone in the school already could tell there was something unusual about her because of how she looks.
"I figured as much. If there are demons, I guess there's gotta be angels too. But when you say demon, that doesn't mean you're like, satanic? Are you?"
"No. I'm not satanic or a christan. I am a athisest, I don't have a religion whatsoever. Most demons don't believe that they should be controled by someone they never met and so they don't unless they have seen Satan or God."
"I didn't mean it from a religious stand point at all, just when you think of a demon, the first thing that comes to my mind is related to the devil in someway, or generally a bad thing. I don't think you're a bad thing or person at all, that's just the general consensus."
Diable nodded. "I understand that, that is what most people thing when they hear the word 'demon'. Personally, I know how it feels to be a demon, and life for us is just as it is hard for everyone else, but it slightly harder because we have to try harder to show people are not all fully evil."
He nodded thoughtfully, "Well, I don't think you're evil at all, if that means anything."
