((I would go with your second suggestion.))
((I agree :p))
Pallas had opened his letter late; he had stuck it in the pocket of his vest to open later, only remembering it because the spot where he had put it felt increasingly hot, like he had a heater in his pocket. It became noticeable enough to agitate him, so finally he pulled the letter back out of his pocket, ripping it open.
The next thing he knew, he was in some metallic room, all alone. He was sitting on the ground--perhaps he fell in the moment when he had been transported her--and he picked himself up off the floor, looking for an exit. Luckily, a door was already open. He walked out, running his hand through his short blue mohawk, trying his best to process everything; inwardly his thoughts were going a mile a minute, trying to make sense of all of this, but outwardly he only looked mildly confused.
The city before him was huge and confusing and new, unfamiliar. He hesitated, considering not even bothering to step out and maybe just hiding in this room instead, but suddenly a red flare shot through the air some distance ahead--his curiosity got the better of him, and he takes off toward it.

As Ta Mila continued to retrace her footsteps, from the ground now, the Faerie would notice someone running through the city, once they arrived. In curiosity, she'd attempt to follow, being careful to avoid being crushed by locals walking around.
Ugh, this is so difficult now, without being able to use my wings..
The Faerie continued trying to follow, as the person began getting farther away. Ta Mila huffed, and while she chased after the person, the Faerie attempted to use her wings to fly after them.

Lance looked around at the group that formed from the flare, looking each of them over, he spoke, "Well at least I know that my magic works just as well in this world as my own, that being said I will send out another flare if we all get separated again. Regardless, I feel that we need to figure something out, Gabriel can fill you all in on the specifics, but basically we have a rampaging Goddess destroying countless worlds that needs to be stopped or we risk the destruction of more worlds, including this one and the ones that each of you came from."
I let out a sigh. If only we knew if this was everyone, I see the Faerie is still missing, but anyone could arrive at this point, it wouldn't surprise me if we got any newcomers at this point. He thought.

Ta Mila panted, as the Faerie began realizing she wouldn't be able to catch up to the person running at this rate. Wiping her head, Ta Mila decided to take a short cut, hoping to be able to have the opportunity to cling onto the person when they got to her location.
She'd wait for the vehicles on the road to stop, and decided to take the opportunity to cross, being sure to get across quickly, before she'd get rolled in a pancake. As the Faerie reached the other side, she could hear the sound of the motors going off, and sighed with relief as she continued on, and waited.
When the person did run past, the Faerie quickly managed to cling on, and attempted to climb up the person; still curious as to why the person was running.
God, this would be much easier if I could fly! The Faerie thought, looking back at her still unfunctional wings, as Ta Mila held tightly.

*Cynder Shadows; they who would become the harbingers of The End; who would cause Doom to befall a great many Lives, be they as most know it, or otherwise... The threat that they present has brought The Vultures to Feast from the Carrion*
*PNG in large numbers have begun to scatter in search of places that would honor the dead*
*But as much as they may questionably desire some form of success from She who would Destroy All, so to does The Vulture not seek to find itself on the spear end of the victors; There must be Life to create places to honor the dead... And so they will have a few of their own who will observe those involved, while the rest go to Feast on the Wasted energy left at Graves and Tombs*
*They will not try to make themselves known, but neither will they completely hide away; with individuals of such power & skill, the presence of The PNG is sure to be swiftly noticed*

I decide to head back not finding a pawn shop so I sprint back to the park and arrive after a couple of minutes. "Alright I'm back. Couldn't find what I was looking for."
"So," Dawn asked, finally reunited with the group. "Did anyone else notice the stars?" She asked, casting a glance back up at them again. More had gone dark. She looked back at the group with a slightly worrier expression. "Something's seriously wrong."
"It's kind of hard to miss something like that if you look at the sky long enough."
Lance let out a sigh, repeating himself to Dawn, "What's going on is we have a rampaging Goddess destroying countless worlds who needs to be stopped. Each of those stars, they are different worlds being destroyed, one by one. And any one of those could be one of our worlds, and that's why we need to stop her, she puts everyone's world at risk."
"Lasae is not one to be trifled with. We should pray that we should be enough for this."
He said, agreeing with Lance.
"Last time it took the combined efforts of the gods to stop her."

((Ok so we need some weapons for my character. Can I give my character a drop pod? I'm asking to see if it's ok with you guys.))
((You should be fine with that))
I stare up in the sky and I notice something falling towards the park "hey umm you guys might want to move."
She tumbles out of the way.
Lance stepped back after what chief had said, his attention to the sky at the falling object as he drew both his pistols, each a solid black with an intricately designed blue wave pattern. Unsure what it was that was falling, he stood readily as whatever it was fell closer to the group.
"Put your guns away it's a unsc drop pod" I say reassuring lance
((Hey guys, I'm having my septic done this week. So I'm going to stay at a family members, I'm not sure if I'll have WiFi.))
