In a midieval land ruled by the lord of corruption, a small group of adventurers set out to kill the lord of corruption. Will they be able to make it through the corrupted land and kill the lord of corruption, or will they all be corrupted and killed?
(I guess I'll start)
Malia kept one of her hands rested on the handle of her sword, as she adorned the hood on her head with her other. Malia sighed, and she looked up at the skies. It was a rather pleasant blue, with a few clouds hanging around. The warrior looked away, and began to address the rest of the group, her voice quiet and somewhat soft.
"Are we ready to go?"

Gabriel stood among the others, his flame red eyes focused on something beyond. He could feel the danger, leagues away. Yet, he was in the form of a massive black wolf. Massive not being used in exaggeration, as he literally stood at lest two foot at the shoulders. Upon hearing the female's voice, he turned his head to look at her, yet other then that, he didn't answer.
Standing next toe the wolf, with his fingers entangled in it's shaggy black fur, stood a demon prince. His long hair lighter then snow, tied back loosely. His eyes, redder then blood, were focused in the same direction as Gabriel's. Yet he verbally answered, with a deep, silken voice.
"We should await the others. This is a venture that will take more then just the three of us."
Wes checked his bag and greatsword adjusting them to feel good on his back, he then adjusted the snowflake pendant he wore around his neck, nodding as he walked up to the group. "Sorry, got a bit sidetracked, but otherwise I'm as ready as can be." he spoke with a rough, but gentle voice in reply. Wes looked around, clearly taking in the surroundings, he ruffled his somewhat shaggy brown hair in thought.
He stood behind all of them, he had his hand on the hilt of his katana as he fixed his hair with the other"I'm ready"he said in his deep, raspy voice.
Malia only nodded, as the young warrior looked down at something attached to her neck. A warm smile crossed her face for the slightest moment, as she turned at the others, and the smile vanished. "Alright. We'll have a few minutes for us to prepare a little more, before we go out there then," Malia said, as she began to unsheath her sword, and wipe it clean.
"After all, it's not wrong to be more prepared than ever, is it?" she'd ask, as the light reflected off her sword.
"After all, it's not wrong to be more prepared than ever, is it?" she'd ask, as the light reflected off her sword.
With a quick nod Wes had his sword out, kneeling down he balanced his sword, sharpening the large blade with a small whet stone. "Rather over prepared than under prepared if you ask me." He said, focused on sharpening his great sword with a neutral face, almost expressionless.
Can I join, if so just pm me
((Wait. I just realized that this is one I've already asked to join. Oop) Ethas looked down from the tree he was sitting in. "Does this mean I have to get down?"He looked at the other people with his bright purple eyes. "Because this is a very comfy tree."
Malia looked up and shrugged. "I mean.. You don't have to get down yet," the warrior responded, as she sheathed her blade. While waiting a little more, Malia began kicking a few pebbles.
He raised his arms up in a celebratory manner. "Woohoo!" And raising his arms in the air caused him to fall out of the tree. He stood and shook his head. "Ow! Curse you, gravity!" His eyes glowed orange. "I should burn you for that."
Malia chuckled for a moment, as she continued kicking pebbles around; each of them hopping a few moments, before bounding to a stop. The warrior unsheath her sword again, and began thinking about practicing a few battle moves, while they prepared. After a second or two, she'd turn over to the tree where Ethas had been in. "Hey, can you move for a moment?" Malia asked, as she positioned herself.
He nodded. There was a flash of purple light, then he disappeared, and reappeared a few feet away from the tree.
Malia gave a satisfied smile. "Thanks," Malia said, as she stared at the tree, sword in hand. The warrior concentrated, and closed her eyes, as she let herself relax. After being still for a few moments, the warrior open her eyes, and began a circling motion. Malia pretended to examine an enemy, and after making a full circle, she stopped. In the next heartbeat, Malia lunged, and gave a few slices, before bounding away at the opposite side from where she had started.
"I am very glad I'm not on the receiving end of that sword."
The large wolf looked back at Lupus, before looking at the others. He turned completely around and sat to watch the female. Bing around ten foot in height, he was glad the branches were far up the trunks of the tree.
Wes stood, setting the large sword on his shoulder, putting away the whetstone. He spoke to the group, ruffling his hair with his free hand, "Well now that everyone's here, we should head out as soon as possible. The longer we stay here the riskier the journey will be."
"So it's a good thing I fell out of the tree?" he asked Wes. "Otherwise I wouldn't want to leave so soon."
Malia sheathed her sword, and stood up. She'd turn to Wes, and gave a small nod of agreement. The warrior then turned back, and asked, "Is everyone ready to go now?"
