what is your favorite genre for roleplay? Are you more about the story or the combat?

I looooove high fantasy, and in my opinion any good combat has story behind it, and an exciting story has combat!
Fantasy genre is my favorite, definitely.

I want combat mixed into the story, pretty much. It's monotonous to just fight all the time, but some fighting helps to spice things up.
i've honestly never really roleplayed combat so I don't really have an opinion on it

Personally, I tend to be the most interested in futuristic scifi. Dystopia, post apocalyptic, that sort of thing. I hope to get some good roleplay going to build on this character so I can launch the roleplay I intend for him.
Post-apoc, colony, and horror... with sprinklings of either fantasy or sci-fi.

Anything with monsters to contend with, lately!
I love story driven RPs. It’s so much fun to have characters meet and see how they get along and if they can be friends.

I like Fantasy, modern-with-magic/urban magic, so on and so forth. I’m willing to try different sorts if the idea or character sounds interesting, though. Trying to branch out a little more.
Sci-fi, fantasy, post-apocalyptic, and horror are my favourites. A good plot is what sells it to me, but I also really enjoy reading and writing combat scenes.

What about you, random citizen?
