"No need to vorry... I vas... Calmed," Doc said quietly, "For zee first time in many years I feel like I could actually fall asleep..."

Isis blinked before blushing." Is that a good thing or a bad thing?"

"Gute. I have not slept in seven years since zee radiation took hold."

"And your not tired at all?"

"Vell... I am now... I sink I should like to go to sleep now," he stood and stretched, a wide yawn escaping his destroyed mouth.

Isis nodded." I'm not that tired yet so I'll stay here."

"Make sure Keera does not get avay," Doc have her a dismissive wave and went in search of a bed or another sofa.

Isis nodded. She looked down at Keera.

The fox cub Yawned and looked up at Isis, her eyelids dropping and her bushy tail waggin slowly.

Isis smiled before softly petting the Keera's back.

A small smile, or something close to one formed on Keera's face and she clambered into Isis' lap, placing her front paws on Isis' chest and licked her face.

Isis smiled, scratching gently behind one of Keera's ears.

This made Keera's tail go limp and she began panting a bit.
<Oh... That... I like that...> she growled although she had no idea if Isis could understand her or not.

Isis couldn't understand her but she could understand body language. Isis smiled as she scratched a bit more.

She began licking Isis' face again in appreciation, her soft tail wagging slowly as she tilted her head into the hand.

Isis smile grew wider." You really like to get pet." She said softly.

Keera panted a little bit in agreement and rubbed her head into Isis' hand before yawning and blasting her face with a wave of puppy breath.

Isis laughed softly." Are you tired?"

In response, Keera gently lay down on Isis' lap but didn't curl up, rather she flopped down long ways over her with her hind legs on one side and front legs and head on the other.

Isis smiled. She put a gentle hand on Keera's back and stared at the ceiling, still not tired.
