So I've had this idea stewing in my brain for a good long while now and I was thinking that I could maybe get some help with it? So the premise of the idea is that there's an underground facility in a North-American town that has captured every single demon or devil there is and are researching them. The plot of the RP is still up in the air, I'm just trying to expand on the concept right now though I do have some ideas. If you're interested please PM me!

You can totally play as a demon! I was actually writing some categories for demons when I saw these posts!
This is what I have so far:
Category 1: Cat1 entities are near harmless, they are allowed to travel the facility, the woods around -Town Name- and if they wish, they are allowed to enter -Town Name- though are to have at least 1 armed personnel accompanying them. Cat1 entities are the lowest form of devil and believed to have been deceased humans who have become entities from their time spent in Hell.
Category 2: Cat2 entities are classed by staff psychologists as no more intelligent than a feral dog and act as such. Cat2 entities are kept in cells holding up to 25 at a time. Staff is never to approach Cat2 entities unless accompanied by 2 armed personnel.
Category 3: Cat3 entities are extremely intelligent and to never be approached by a staff member until cleared by site psychologists. Although physically harmless, Cat3 entities operate through psychological manipulation the current number of site personnel who have killed themselves or others due to Cat3 influence is 3049. If a staff member has contact with a Cat3 entity that lasts longer than 1 month the individual in question is to be detained.
Catagory 4: Cat4 entities are the devils that are often associated with common mythology, they combine the intelligence of Cat3 and the physical danger of Cat2 entities and often call themselves the names of demons from multiple mythologies (Example: Beezulbub, Dagon, Lucifer). Cat4s rely on their intellect more than their physical threat and often act friendly to a new person before revealing their intent.
Category 5: Project -Place Holder- currently holds only 1 Cat5 entity, it is stored 20km below sea level and never to be approached, the Cat5 entity has been in a 'sleep' state since 1934 and has caused some of the most catastrophic events in human history including the eruption of the Krakatoa Volcano, the 1931 china floods, and the 1923 Great Kantō earthquake. It is believed that the entity is either the closest embodiment of Satan there is or the very first person in Hell due to the 'evolution' noted in entities as they spend more time in Hell

Yeah the Cat5 is meant to be some crazy Lovecraftian monster (I am currently using an image of Lovecraft's Nyarlathotep to visualize it.) One of the plot ideas I had was that the Cat5 was starting to wake up and was influencing organization members through telepathy or something. I'm still trying to work it out, that's why I started this thread forum thing, to get some ideas for it and turn it into a fun RP!

Right now what I'm having problems with is just names, like what to call the organization and the town it's based in.
If it's North America, just pick a town name you think sounds fun, and make sure you know what the place is like and all, I guess. I could help look, if you want.
As for an orginization name, you can further take inspiration from SCP and use an acronym (Something like 'Demon Containment & Research, or something rather simple like that).

You're totally welcome to join! and I love the D.C.R idea. I was thinking about just naming the town Salem cause it kinda fits with the theme and there's already like 20 or something Salems in North America.
