As Zephyrus' shirt was pulled, he felt his once dull eyes widen, listening intently to the man's words, before having them bore again when the male explained how he would have to follow him. He was about to tell the man off, though paused when he felt himself being unwillingly dragged along with him. He quickly acted at that, pushing the male off of him and getting out of his grip, taking a few steps backwards from him, just in case.
"Look, are you messed up in the head? You can't just walk up to someone, threaten them, and expect them to oblige. What are you on, dude? And one of them? What's that supposed to mean?" He spoke sharply, dusting his shirt off, before stuffing his hands back in his jacket pockets, glaring over at the man. He should've ran, or gotten as far away from him as he could, but in all honesty, he didn't care.

Colin sighed, then growled.
"It's always, 'hey, what are you on,' or 'get away from me'. Nothing about the third degree burns on my face or the fact that I look more like roadkill than an actual human being. I can't tell you yet, though," he explained, "look. It needs to be secret until I'm sure you're safe to handle. This is information that I can't let fall into the wrong hands."

Zephyrus arched an eyebrow at the man as he spoke. Sounded pretty sketchy to him. He really should've taken that chance to run, rather than simply standing about like an idiot. Crossing his arms, he spoke again.
"So do you always just go around, looking for strangers to take with you and run 'experiments' on? Are you some kind of mad scientist? What, is the world going to end?" He'd sarcastically speak, narrowing his eyes at the individual and awaiting a response.

Colin raised his arms.
"Not a damn scientist. Those guys quickly decided to end it all, back in the day. No, I don't check everyone. You're a special case. You're showing traits similar to... look. I have to check to make sure you're not one of them before I divulge any information, okay? It needs to be secret. " Colin tried to explain, before nodding.
"Based on my estimates, the world ending is the best case scenario. Worse case... well... I have to run a test first. Don't worry, it won't hurt at all. Heck, I'll even do it with you, if you're scared." He said, pulling Zephyrus to the dumpster he was frequenting.
"It's really simple. Do this and I'll explain everything. Stick your hand in here," he said, patting the dumpster, and doing so with his left hand. He pulled his hand out and stepped to a side. "You go. Okay? If you refuse I'm assuming the worst and throwing you in."
