"You dont know that! If I wasn't so stupid then maybe I wouldn't have died, and maybe I could have gotten to her in time"
Ari stares at him solemnly. “All we can do know is move on and live for the people who don’t have that opportunity anymore.” She replies.
He hugged her again"I'm sorry'he said before letting go and floating away
Ari smiled, curious where he was going, but decided he probably wanted to be alone.
Ari continues her walk, her hands placed in her pockets as she listened to the birds around her. They seemed a bit confused of what Ari and Russ had talked about, scared if their forest was next.
Althea was still laying on the branch, looking up through the leaves into the sky. She was humming a song she couldn’t exactly remember; an old song the faerie bands would play.
Ari heard humming faintly, she looked up to see Althea. She flew up and landed on a branch near her.
Althea saw movemt out of the corner of her eye and looked to where Arianna had landed. She smiled slightly.
“How did it go with Russel?” She asked, looking up into the leaves again, her pale skin almost glowing in the rays of light.

“He was resurrected actually,” Ari replies, “Had something to do with the gods or something.” She didn’t quite understand it herself.
Althea looked at Arianna this time, raising an eyebrow.
“Gods, hm.” She mumbled to herself, “I’m sorry, by the way. If I wasn’t dumb enough to get caught then he wouldn’t have challenged Hector.”

Ari shakes her head. “It’s fine, it’s not your fault. I’m just glad you both are okay.” She says, smiling.
Althea looked back over at Arianna and smiled.
“So, you’re an Avian?” Althea asked, chuckling slightly. “I don’t believe we were ever properly introduced.”
“So, you’re an Avian?” Althea asked, chuckling slightly. “I don’t believe we were ever properly introduced.”
She chuckles. “Yeah, my name is Arianna Matthews.” She says smiling, holding her hand out for the Fae to shake.
Althea sat up and grabbed Ariannas hand. “Althea, or Alfie for short. Fae aren’t really known to have last names.” She said laughing.
Ari smiles. “Nice to finally meet you,” She says. “So how are you and that other guy?” She asks, referring to Asteroth
She thought for a moment.
"Good, I guess. We didn't spend much time together before Hector happened, and I haven't seen him since."
She frowned slightly, wondering where Asteroth had taken off to.

Ari frowned. “That’s weird.” She says, thinking if she had seen him anywhere.
She shrugged in response.
"Who knows, he'll probably show up again. Demons are a weird species."
She smiled slightly at herself, leaning against the tree trunk, one of her legs dangling in the open air.
