Weslow had woken up to a light 'thud' on his head. He flinched, quickly opening his eyes as an instinct, only to see a person hovering over him, wearing a bunny mask to shield their face. He blinked, rubbing his head, before sitting up to look at the individual, quickly deciphering them as his second player and partner in crime, Jinx.
"Hey, what happened?" He spoke, adjusting his round glasses and looking up at the female. She only shrugged in response, offering her hand to the boy, to which he took with a small murmur of thanks. She nodded at him, before glancing around at their surroundings.
The whole city was in shambles. Buildings were torn apart, windows were broken, and quite frankly, it looked like a dump.
"Yeesh. What happened to this place? I don't recall anything that happened within the last twenty-four hours, how about you, Jinx?" He asked the girl, who only shook her head in response, before lightly gasping as if she had remembered something.
"War.. launch." She spoke, giving Weslow just enough information so that he knew what she meant.
"Oh, now I remember! This city's country was in war with another country, and a nuclear warhead was launched! Good work, Jinx." He congratulated the girl, before placing his hands on his hips and looking around.
"Well, there's no radiation in the air, so that's a good thing. But.. I don't seem to see anyone else around here. How's about we go see if anyone else is alive?" He asked the girl with a smile, to which she only lightly nodded at, before grabbing on to the bottom hem of his sweater.
"Great. Off we go, then." He spoke with a smile, beginning to walk around the abandoned city, in hope that some other survivors were around.

matt wakes up to the sound of someone walking near his camp in an abandoned building he quicly gets up and follows them in the shadows
he whispers while using his binoculars to see them from 1 mile away "2 tangos people not alien strange........." he pulls himself to follow them further getting closer to them
