He hadn't noticed the lady he ran into from the alley, as he was watched the scene unfold on the roof. But soon he shook his head. Whatever was going to happen, it didn't seem to be his concern. So he began to resume heading to where he was going originally.

Althea followed the man, walking faster, she wanted to know who he was, why he didn’t react to her hair or ears, she knew he was different, not human. She clutched the hood of her cloak, making sure it didn’t fall back while she was on the public street. She looked up and heard the noise on the roof, what appeared to be a fight, but continued on.

Occasionally he glanced up to the roof of the tavern, but ultimately decided to not be bothered by this--although he had a difficult time ignoring it.

Eventually, he made it to where he needed to be, and he went up to the door, reaching for the handle to open it.

Althea saw the man reach for the handle to a door and lurched forward, grabbing the mans arm and instantly regretting her decision. She froze, having another episode has she felt all the mans emotions.

What he felt at the time was some anxiety.

Favonius nearly jumped when his arm was grabbed. He quickly pulled away and looked up to see the lady from before. "Wait.... Why did you?"

Althea blushed.
“I’m... I’m sorry. You were the one in the alley, and I wanted to know who you were.” She stammered out, ripping her hand back to her side and averting her gaze.

Because of the wars was the messed up political system she found herself in the middle of today. Kingdoms and cites controlled by a super government of humans that lived in somewhat fear of the supernaturals that had been springing up. The supernaturals had their own governing bodies Vampires had councils and covens and werewolves had alphas and the councils of alphas. Each preferred to keep to themselves but for those who wish to coexist with the humans, rules had to be obeyed and innocence protected on both sides which was her job, what she was made for. There was a darker side to all things when it came to politics though, with every one vying for power and fear a common commodity it was no wonder some extrementist groups flying under the governmental radar existed on all sides. For the humans it was those who wish to eradicate all supernatural races and those who wish use their powers. Then there was the extremist vampires who believed everyone was food, shifters who wish to see cities fall and law of the jungle returned.

Yeah her job sucked most of the time, especially on a day like today, she smelt the shift of the air from her perch on top of the village watch tower, she felt the raw power and raw anger from particularly two souls. She knew she'd have to ask them their purpose if they decided to stay, she held her hopes out they just passed through and left the population of this town intact. She scanned the sky and saw the bird girl descend by the center of the town, a smile crept her face, someone seemed out for a good time. She was one of the town residence and in tow allowed certain privileges. Her sensitive ears picked up the sound of the steel colliding and a growl vibrated deep within her chest. She ran along the roof tops quite and stealthy as her training demanded. She'd land in the fray between the one whose vengeance would be her down fall and the two vampires, whose power she felt crease her skin. She stood ready to defend the human with her life.

Rey looked confused, she could tell that this female wasn’t human, but why was she intervening in a fight with her kind? Wouldn’t the female want her to die? She shook it from her mind, deciding she would ask after the fight was over. She didn’t like the idea of fighting with a non human, but she was outnumbered and needed allies in battle.

Favonius tilted his head slightly. "Oh, I see. My name is Favonius. Pleased to meet your acquaintance."

He bowed deeply, and he soon straightened up, smiling a bit.

"Because, Raziel, our destinies run together like two rivers that can never be distinct again. At your every turn, you'll find me."

Kain said, as a wave of Deja-vu swept over him. It was near identical to the conversation the two had centuries ago, in Avernus Cathedral. Yet the vampire didn't let this case him any. He noticed the girl seemingly starting to panic, other then that, he payed her no mind. Human were such short lived, ignorant little things. It was then the other female arrived.

Main nearly laughed at her words. He was never one to follow the rules, after all, he was the father of an entire empire of vampires. No matter hoe derelict it was now, he would one day return to Nosgoth and rebuild his empire. Though here, he did nothing wrong, unless they counted his earlier meal. Though the evidence of that was to well hidden.

Raziel's grip on the blade only relented when it finally shattered. Only then, he would lower his hand. The bright blue blood ran from his palm and down his three bone, claw-like fingers. Yet the bleeding would stop seconds later, as he crossed his arms and looked to Kain. The wraith was not pleased with the Vampire.

"What is this, a repeat of what happened in Avernus?"
He asked, clearly remembering their battle there as well.

"Only this time, I don't have to be worried about being imprisoned in the Reaver."

He motioned to the serpentine blade on Kain's back. Topped with a vampiric skull for the guard, which had two, curved spikes coming off it's sides. It was then the other vampire caught the wraith's attention. Mentioning something about breaking rules. Raziel had done nothing of the sort, he was only defending himself, and had caused no harm while doing so.

"I do not know what rules you speak of, but I have caused no harm to this human, nor do I intend to."
The soul-devourer replied.

Althea looked up at Favonius.
“I’m Althea, and I know you saw my hair earlier, and my ears. You must not be human, a human would’ve immediately stopped to stare, but you simply shrugged it off,” Her dark blue eyes flashing in curiousty.

He only gave a shrug. "I didn't notice your ears. And you can't just assume that every human would stare at you. There are some that can be polite, no matter who or what you are. I just happen to be as such." Favonius told her in a nonchalant fashion. "Now, if you'll excuse me."

The Avian turned away to step closer to the door, and he opened it, careful as to not show off his hands too much.

Althea narrowed her eyes, she felt like something wasn’t right about him, but she let him go. She stood there for a couple seconds more, and then turned to leave, pulling down her hood further.

Rey was confused, obviously, not knowing what the men were talking to about. It didn’t matter much to her, the only thing she wanted was to avenge her parents. She had killed many Supernaturals in the past, some easy, some not. Although, she knew these were out of her league, she would need more humans on her side before she took them on in a battle. While the man, she now learned was Raziel claimed that he didn’t have any ill intend towards her, she wasn’t sure if they would let her go easy.

Althea walked back from where she had just come from, stopping again at the building where there was an apparent fight. Another had joined, and without even being near she could feel the groups emotions radiating from the places they stood. She decided she couldn't walk away this time without at least taking a peak. She ducked into an alley and quickly shifted into a small bird, flying up to the rooftops and landing on the edge of a building across the way.

maybe, I was mistaken in your intentions to do harm in this town, but I can't allow the balance between our kind and their's to be upset, war is on the horizon, but I have no intention allowing it to be fall in this town

Turned to the human female whose anger crept and creased her skin, her eyes flashed black in anger as her nostrils flared in response, "so it was you who decided to draw blood then?"

She turned back to the two intimating vampires and shook her head with a soft sigh as she held out her hand as a purple mist started to encircle her hand till a small blade was revealed small as a regular knife but coated in the purple mist it became larger like a large katana. She swirled her wrist as she distanced herself from both parties keeping them between her as she looked at them both.

I was created to insure peace between those who wish to draw innocent blood and tarnish the balance between humans and the supernatural

she didn't understand what the men were talking about nor would she care to find out, she was young in the terms of vampire years her skin pale but her heart beat fast and in time when she had been alive.

Althea sat perched on the edge of the building, watching the argument unfold. There was talk of war, which worried her greatly, as she had built a small life in this town for herself and did not want it disrupted.

Rey was surprised by this. She sighed. “I have my reasons.” She responded, staring at the Vampire. She then readied herself if she would be attacked by any three of the Supernaturals. She didn’t see many chances of leaving this alive, but she had no choice.

"Humans? Common cattle."
Kain said with a scoff, he greatly disliked the mortal race. They had been the cause of to much trouble back in Nosgoth, near destroying the land. At this point, he only saw them as a source for food.

Raziel, on the other hand, valued what shreads of humanity he had left, though it had been centuries since his life as a human. He looked over to the gold vampire, his solid white eyes narrowing.
"Without Humanity, Kain, you wouldn't even exist, neither would I."

The blue wraith said with distaste towards his former master. Kain would only scowl.
"Spend your time as you wish, but I will not diminish myself by associating with humans."
Kain vanished into a mist, to silently leave the area to places unknown. Leaving a more annoyed then surprised wraith behind, shaking his head slowly. He then turned his attention back to the female vampire.
"I know nothing of this impending war, though I can assure I have endured things far worse then what this world can offer."
