Althea narrowed her eyes as the wraith turned to leave, but stayed silent, she was more focused on the large wolf in front of her, who looked like she would attack at any moment.
Arianna unsheathed her sword. “I don’t think that we can get out of this without a fight.” She said to the fae. She furrows her eyebrows, readying herself for an attack.
Althea nodded at the avian and reached up, undoing her cloak and letting it drop to the ground. Her eyes glowed a subtle blue, looking the wolf in the eye.

The large wolf muzzle pulled back into a snarl revealing large sharpened canines, she looked at the new comer and her ears twitched unsure of what move she would make next. She growled again trying to communicate with them as she circled around moving closer to the fae, hunched low ears drawn back in a anger manner. A voice would echo in their minds if they were adapted in the ability to understand telepathic messages, "fae cause humans, pain and misfortunes."
She drew closer about to lunge when the movement of the wraith caught her attention, she lunged as he exited teeth bared claws out, swiping to catch his retreat, "your needed here." She growled into his mind. Her attention was drawn away from the fae and the feathered friend for a moment, her back turned to them her tail hanging low. Power radiated through her fur as stood there, her nostrils flaring as she gathered the scents of the town.

Althea frowned slightly as the wolf spoke, and when her back was turned she faded from view. Fae don’t always have to reveal herself to the human world, and she decided not to at this moment.
Ari glanced as the fae disappeared. She sighed. “I guess this will be a one on one.” She mutters. She rushes at the wolf while it was faced away from her, attacking with her sword.
Althea didn’t leave the roof, she walked lightly to the edge of the roof, as if she were walking on air.
Umbralt alighted himself on a nearby rooftop, watching the exchange closely. He had been tasked with retrieving information on as many of the mutant creatures as possible, and this little scuffle was just what he needed. He simply watched from a crouched position.
Interesting. I'm going to have to get closer.
Umbralt began to make his way across the rooftops closer to the wolf and the avian creature while still keeping himself relatively hidden. One thing he cannot hide no matter what is the yellow-orange glow of his eyes. His eyes, if looked upon, showed a sort of childlike enthusiasm. He takes great enjoyment in his work, especially when his targets fight back.
((Just a quick note, anything in italics is Umbralt's internal thoughts.))

((i literally just finished reading everything that happened, sorry for abandoning; let's just say that favonius was in the store for awhile lol))
Leaving the store he had visited before, he went back, returning to the street which he had traveled through previously. He wondered what happened to Althea. She did seem a bit....on edge. Though he didn't exactly want to run into her, as that would probably lead to him having to dodge questions again. A little bit into his stroll, he purposely passed the building where he had seen some people on the roof. He noticed that there were less people on it; this time, there was only an avian creature and a wolf having some sort of scuffle. Favonius bit his lip.
This certainly wasn't good. Was he going to have to intervene? At that moment, at the corner of his vision, he spotted someone else on a nearby rooftop. They seemed to be observing the fight, and they had moved to get closer.
"This town is strange...." The Avian muttered. Though he soon put up his hood and adjusted his cloak, then he scaled up a building near the fight to get a better look himself.

Althea sat perched on the edge of the building, watching the Avian attack the wolf. She noticed another man watching and shrugged, then noticed another scaling a wall close to her. She watched, and realized it was the man she had confronted earlier.
He had only gotten about a foot or two off the ground before sliding down. There was definitely no way he was going to get up by just climbing. Sighing, he stepped back a bit and looked up to the roof above, rubbing his chin.
Althea chuckled slightly has she watched the man, her elbow resting on her knee, her chin on her palm.
Eventually, Favonius came up with an idea. First, he glanced around for anyone in the general vicinity, then he reached into his pocket, pulling out two silver rings; one with a single emerald embedded in, and one with a citrine. He put them on his right ring and index finger.
A glow emanated from under his boots. He bent his knees, then jumped, going up then landing onto the roof in a single leap. His landing was a bit unsteady, but he recollected himself, adjusting his cloak once more.
"Phew...." He knelt down now that he had a good view of the fight on the roof the next building over.

Althea watched with curiosity as the man pulled something out of his pocket and put it on. She raised her eyebrows in shock when he leaped onto the rooftop. She stood up, and after judging the distance between the two buildings, she jumped, landing gracefully and silently on the other side. She walked up beside the man and sat down, looking at him for a moment before allowing herself to be seen again. “Well, that was quite impressive.” She said, slightly raising one eyebrow at Favonius.
A small sewing needle silently embedded itself into Favonius' cloak, just at the bottom of it. The needle was pure black and reflected little light and was barely noticeable.
Umbralt had thrown the needle.
He decided to move up a bit closer. With a whirl of his cloak he disappeared into the alleyway and made his way through the streets over to nearby the building where Favonius jumped from. He looked up at where Favonius was, taking a sort of glee knowing that he may get a lot more out of this mission than he initially thought. His eyes glowed brighter in anticipation.
Dare I reveal what I am to these fools? No... I'll leave it as a surprise.
He began slowly and silently climbing.

He looked over at the side upon hearing the familar voice. First he shifted his position, then he sat down on the rooftiles. Even though he was supposed to be keeping a low profile, he couldn't help but be extravagant and draw attention to himself, now could he?
"....I suppose?" Favonius said, shrugging slightly.

Althea laughed slightly and had a small smile on her face. She was looking at Favonius, scanning to see how he had managed to jump onto the roof so effortlessly. “How did you do it?” She asked innocently.
Umbralt had nearly reached the roof and was listening in on their conversation.
Reveal myself? Maybe... but not yet.
Umbralt made his way along the side of the building, making a little noise as he did so.
I need to focus on the objective at hand.

"Let's just say that I'm fairly good at enchantments, hmm?" Was his rather dismissive reply. Inside his cloak in a rather inconspicuous manner, he took his rings off and returned them to his pocket. Then he looked to Althea.
"I don't suppose you know about that scuffle that's going on over there?" As he said this, he gestured to it with a head tilt. "There were more people on that roof before."

Althea nodded. “It started with this wraith and vampire facing off, when the girl attempted to attack them. All of a sudden this halfling showed up,” she gestured to the wolf, “and she started talking about the impending war and keeping the peace, but that talk ended rather quickly when she shifted into a wolf.”
