He dropped a small stone onto the roof which slowed down Althea's transition but didn't stop her.

Althea was shocked that this man could slow down her disappearance. She hung around on the roof, just to watch how this played out, what he was going to do with that little arrow of his.

Her wolf form spun quickly as she snapped angrily at the bird-girl. Her snarl grew louder as she shook her fur more and with her bigger form she gave a quick shove, with her body to knock her over if she didn't take to the air which would be the smart thing to do.

Her nostrils flared again as she shifted her gaze up from where she was engaging in battle to those figures who had gathered above the rooftops. The scraping of metal drew her attention to the furthest corner of the alleyway as she smelt the mass of humans who were nearing the door of a nearby Traven and with a grumble under her breath. She ran back her paws pounding on the ground as she rushed around the bird girl leaping into the air her paws stretched out before her and with a loud groan her fur starts to receded quickly and her bones snap and reform as her body reshapes into her human form. She was only wearing a simple white see-through dress but her being a shifter, half-nudity wouldn't bother her but other's it might.

She'd leapt up to the rooftop across from where the others were siting now and her gaze narrowing on the one who had mentioned hunting. Anger washed her skin again as she bites her lip as she let out a calming breath her arms had crossed again across her chest her eyes narrowing "I'm handling the situation you don't belong here." She said, it seemed that to her she knew him.

Her gaze dropped down to the mass of humans that had begun to stumble out of the bar and lucky for them, they had hidden themselves well amongst the shadows of the rooftops in the town. She glanced over to the fae her eyebrow raised in question and then shook her head. She kept her eyes on the humans watching them move around. She was once a slave to them, still prephas remained under their thumb even after she too had escaped from the labs.

Ari snapped, feathers appeared dangerously close to Kyo’s neck, two at her temples, several near her legs and arms to unable her. She flew over landing gracefully behind. “You threatened the innocent, I will make sure you won’t again. I wouldn’t move if I were you.” She said, her voice almost childlike, but twisted in a way.

Althea walked, almost floated, around the roof, watching the scene unfold in front of her. She raised an eyebrow at the feathers surrounding the halfling.

She looked over her shoulder at the girl she had been fighting previously and shook her head roughly as her yellow eyes filled with both pain and anger within their depths, the extent of both nobody save for one other present would understand. Her hands turned into fist as she lowered them down to her sides. She bites her lip hard enough to draw blood. She was inhaling again forcing herself to stay calm to not allow her other half to take over, the one designed to be the destructive force to wipe out all of supernatural kind. Emotional and cold, that what they had trained her to be, unfeeling and without wavering loyalty until they took the essence of her being, a child, a true innocent in all this, a pup.

She snarled low in her throat now and closed her eyes for a moment as she moved slightly allowing the sharpened feathers to cut into her arms gashing them deep, blood driplets covering her white gown. As she spoke low "Listen child, nobody is innocent, races have been at war with each other since time began and now one fraction wishes to over through the other." She moved closer to the bird girl now, she didn't look like she was going to attack though a single tear dropped from her eyes "The human, I was simply testing her, like they did me when I was but a child, as for that fae, she no more innocent then you! She yelled that last part stomping her foot before she turned digging another feather across her left cheek and arm. Jumping across the rooftop towards were the others had perched themselves. Her breathing was a bit harsh now as her heart began to race, her wolf paced in her mind, magic creased just below her skin.

Ari sighed, and snapped. “I warned you.” She said, she closed her eyes to focus, around 30 feathers surounded Kyo on all sides, shifting from mere feathers to sharp steel blades. She opened her eyes again, snapping. All the blades flew towards Kyo, their aim being precalculated.

"Oh I don't think so." Umbralt said.

He opened his cloak slightly and a fiery orange feather flew from it towards Kikyo. The feather flew at blinding speeds and deflected each bladed feather.

In a dim flash of orange, Umbralt appeared next to Arianna.

"She's my prey." He said. He delivered a swift kick to her side, and threw a a strange bladed disk at Kikyo.

She followed the bounty hunter movements as he jumped across the rooftops, the masses underneath them unaware of their scuffle and the battle that was about to insue here. The hair on the back of her neck stands up as she felt the aura of power once again crease her skin. The wolf inside her whined a warning so loudly she ducked down low covering her ears from a sound only she could hear. Her eyes glanced upward in anger that began to mount inside her, drawing her power from within herself. She was the weapon they had trained her to be. She however was nobody lap dog, She had been hunted for years without end, ever since the fateful night were she had destroyed half the lab in her escape murdering 100's of humans both innocent and not as the blood coated her skin that night, and the vision of her dead child, she swore she'd protect the humans from herself, and others from reckless blood shed. She had sought shelter here in a town that had brushes with supernatural before.

She had felt safe here, and had owed the town her life for protecting her while she healed and while she was able to break the bonds of her captures. That had all changed in an instant she had reveled herself in the fight with the wraith. She cursed herself for drawing to much power and reveling her location to the hunters. She slowly stood back up on shaking legs as she looked into the eyes of the bounty hunter. She knew him, she sensed his soul before in the labs which had brought them closer to death arms. "I've known you..."

She is unable to finsh her sentence when suddenly the girl released more feathers sharped to daggers but before she is hit with them the bounty hunter deflects them. She was about to thank him when he turns around and throws a disk in her direction. The loud ear pirecing whine returns and she moves quickly diving to the left to avoid being hit by it, she wasn't sure if she would be able to dodge it in time.
