I'd like to expand my horizons and really try out a modern, slice-of-life type RP. I've seen so many awesome slice of life plots that really looked like fun, but then I sit there and grumble at myself for not having much experience in that genre, so I'd like to get some practice and really see if I'm fit for the setting. So, I'm looking for a short term (possibly long term), lighthearted slice of life plot taking place in a modern setting. I plan on using Clint, he doesn't have a profile yet, so I'd like to get some usage out of him before I decide to waste the time to really go all out and give him a neat little profile.
He's a simple football coach looking to one day start his own family and he wishes to make some friends outside of his league, but of course there are plenty of ways him and your character could meet. Perhaps your character works with his team in some form; maybe a cheerleader, perhaps a personal trainer for some of the players, or maybe one of the team's various coaches. Though, he could also be played in college settings. I'd like to think he takes classes during the offseason for various reasons, or maybe he could be your character's coach or teacher; this is completely up for debate. He currently resides in Wichita, Kansas, so I'd greatly prefer the RP to take place there (you don't have to know everything about the city), but this can also be adjusted.

- Romance (MxF)
- Para-RPs (I try to get 2-4 paragraphs in per post)
- Comedy
- Humanoid characters (I don't care if they're human, anthro, furry, whatever.)
- Someone who's willing to chip in ideas here and there.
What I'd like to avoid:
- High fantasy themes (I don't mind fantasy races, but I don't want obscene amounts of magic and such.)
- The death or maiming of Clint.
- Drama for the sake of drama.
- Random gore or unnecessarily dark themes.

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
Modern
Small possibility of combat, usually brief and not detailed.
Details: Freeform, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred.

Hey!! First, as someone who's super into writing sports fiction (thought it's mostly been hockey, and not football) I ADORE the amount of work you've put into the league formatting. 
I haven't got any female profiles up yet, but, I'd love, love love to chat and see what kind of character you'd be looking for to pair with him (I've got some good archetypes for maybe someone in PR for the team, or perhaps a beat reporter!!!)
