“So do I. I think I left my book in the forest. Shit.” She mumbled the last word.
"I-I could go get it for you..."
“It’s fine. I’ll just get it later.” She looked down.
"Oh... okay...."
“You’re really quiet, why?” She tilted her head.
"Because people used to tell me I talked too much..."
“I used to be told the same.” She smirked. “Ignore whoever told you that, feel free to speak as much as you want.”
"T-thanks..."
She continued to observe the rest of the camp, all the while stroking Kiki.
“It’s nothing. Where did you come from?” She crossed her arms and leaned back.
Kiki nibbled ices cloak.
