Ember got some food, walking over to Russell and sitting opposite of him. “How did you sleep?” She asks. Her stutter has lessened from the month before, leaving her talking normal for the most part, unless she gets anxious.
"I didn't"he took a bite of his bread"I was up all night training"

“You shouldn’t push yourself too hard.” Ember comments, eating some sausage.
"Not pushing myself will get me killed"

I had taken her hand and we walked all the way down to the serving table, where I loaded my plate up full of food as usual. I got orange juice as my drink and then I sat down at our usual table. I took a few bites and looked around. So much has happened in such a short time.

I walked the halls slower than usual. Eventually, I made my way down to the mess hall. Anthony and Celes had beaten me there. I had taken a plate and got some toast and eggs as usual. I poured myself some tea and sat down. I nibbled at my toast and picked at my eggs. My eyes were heavy sheets, and it was a struggle to stay awake, but I knew I couldn't go back to sleep.

Ember frowns. “If you push yourself past your limit you will be exhausted and weak when we have to fight Mortimer.” She replies.
He sighed"I-I just have to"
Ember sighs, nodding. “I know, just try not to hurt yourself training.” She says.
Calan left her room, pulling her scarf over her face, she began to explore the school.
"I won't"
Ember smiles and continues eating.
"Have you been training?"
Ren walked into the mess hall. She grabbed her food and found Ember.”Could I sit with you?” She asked the two.
Carden headed into the mess hall. He smiled at all the people he passed.
"Oh, sure"
“Hey, Ren. Also yes, I’ve trained a lot actually, I’ll show you later.” Ember replies, smiling a bit.

Ren smiled taking a seat.”Hello I’m Ren.” She said to the boy. She then saw a white wolf pup with green eyes begging for food from Ember. She tapped Embers shoulder then pointed at the pup.
