Thirt-nine paces. Good. That'd be a simple short walk. He could manage that. "Ah yes. Even more important to remember." He stepped lightly, his eyes closed behind the darkened shades. "Wait...I have a room?" He hadn't even thought of that, but of course it made sense. He'd expect his luggage to arrive soon, and he'd definitely need a place to put it.
“Yeah don’t worry it’s inside of your class room. Anyways I’ll show you where your room is.” She said walking on to his class room.
"We just left the classroom," He laughed but followed anyways. His bedroom, attached to the classroom? Unorthodox, but definitely brought some simplicity. It'd be a welcome change to the norm.
“I know.” She said laughing at herself. They walked back into his classroom. They walked across the room. She opened the door and moved him in.”Here we are.”
This time he was able to make it back to the classroom on his own, having already memorized the route to and from the mess hall and bathroom. He heard the door click open and paused,"Ah, yes." He spoke, his voice slightly louder than usual, an obvious act, "I knew that was there. Looks.....good. All things..uhhh..in order over here."
“Yeah. Um... would you like to know where the principals office is?” She asked him.
"Certainly," He beamed, "Mail room would be great as well, I'd love to find my slot, and i've not checked for braille yet." He followed he steps with ease, using the white cane to ensure he didn't walk into anything or anyone. Shifting it from small arcs in front of him. Left tap, right tap, left tap, right tap, following the tune of the clacks of her steps against the flooring.
Lyric smiled and listened to the beat. She started to hit her hand against her thigh making her own beat.

"Funny, we haven't had a blind teacher, nor student before, so there is nothing engraved in baille, but Riba's magic used to solve that. You see, she laid a spell on the school, that it should accommodate everyones needs, so nobody felt left out"

"Ah, yes i've heard about that." Artur beamed at Lucifer, "It's one of the major reasons I transferred out here actually. A fantastic little spell worked"
She shrugged. "Not sure what I want to know. So, why did you choose this place?" She asked.
Hoggens was in the office playing darts. He was sitting in his chair and was throwing some darts at the target.
Carden shrugged.”Do you have a problem with being here?” He asked her.
"Though I don't know how long the spell is gonna hold, now that she is gone"
“Asteroth teleports to the front of the building, makes a snowball, throws it up into the air and the snowball explodes into a giant cloud of snow over himself” well I wish I could make some friends who actually enjoy my powers as much as i do.“Asteroth sighs”
A mouse crept out to Asteroth as he made the snow. It squicked as it where buried alive.
“Asteroth hearing the squeak quickly unburied the mouse and picked it up gently” hello little mouse what are you doing out here?
Artur could only shrug. He'd find a way. Always did, even in this dark world he managed to find a way. This one would be simple. "Even limited, it's still a fantastic place to start."
Althea decided to head to the mess hall to grab a snack, whistling to herself as she walked along.
