Althea found a patch of grass amongst the flowers and layed down, her head resting on her folded arms. She stared up at the sky, it was almost clear except for a white puffy cloud here or there.

Lucifer floated above Althea without realizing it. He then notices Althea and floated out of the way. "Oh, sorry."

Althea sat up, “Oh it’s no problem.”
She surveyed the boy floating in front of her, “Are you a new student here?”

"Yep."

She stood up, brushing herself off. She held out her hand, "My name is Althea, I'm the divination teacher here at the academy."

"Huh." He looks down at the flowers again.

"I... yeah..."

Ember nods. “That’s understandable,” She remains silent for a few seconds, “I do think you should give him a chance, however. There could have been so many circumstances beforehand, he could’ve been like me, not being able to control his powers. That’s not an excuse, I know, but I do think it means something.” She says, attempting to choose her words wisely to help him understand.

"He knew what he was doing... Have you ever heard the story?"

Ember looks over at him. “No, just bits and pieces.” She says.

"I could let you borrow my notebook, its got that story and more in it"

Althea took her hand back, “Never mind.” She said quietly, watching as he observed the flowers.

Ember nods. “If you don’t mind me borrowing it.” She says.

"Cool, i'll give it to you when we get back to the school"

Ember smiles, watching as they soon approached the town.

"I've read it like a billion times"

“Sometimes you need to look into someone else’s perspective.” Ember says, even though she didn’t know Hector that much, she had a feeling they had a lot in common.
