"Hello Ember, what brings you to this table?"

Raven sighed once more and stood up. She wasn't going to be late for anything else, or at least try. Being on time , wasn't something she was good at. She walked into the school and looked around , still getting used to it.

“J-Just wanted to say hello. Do you mind if I sit here?” She asks mentally criticizing her stuttering.

"I say ok, Ren?"

Ren shrugged then nodded.”That’s fine.” She said.

Lucifer smirked, positively.

Celes nodded.”Yeah well I hope you achieve that goal.” She said eating one more bite before drinking her water.

Ember sat beside Lucifer. After eating a bit she asks Lucifer, “S-sorry I can’t remember, what class do you teach?”

Lucifer opened his sachel, and stuck his hold arm in. It messed around, then pulled out a bottle of green fluid. Then he poured some, and drank it. It tasted like red bull. " Well a bit of everything, Herbology, medicine, and when Corro is nowhere to be found: Potions"

She was an interesting sort. Don't think I've directly met a demon before. "Did you eat human food? Or was it something I have yet to hear of?"

Ember looked a bit surprised to see the teacher literally stick his whole arm inside the satchel. She nods at hearing his response and continues eating.

Celes giggled.”Actually this is my first time eating human food.” She said smiling.”I would tell you what we at on veltor but then you would be grossed out.” She said.

"Try me." I said with a laugh.

Celes put her hands up.”Don’t hurt me I’ll be good. Ok one bit of food are bats. Bat soup, bat stew, bat wings, legs... that could go on.” She said laughing a bit.

Ren saw the positive smirk on Lucifer’s face.”What was with the smirk?” She whispered to him.

Corrine found Matt in the garden and slid in beside him on the bench, “So, what happened earlier?” She asked, referring to his mood towards the demon girl.

"Oh, nothing"

I looked at her. "I don't have a good relationship with demons. They've taken everything I've once known and once loved. I've lived in torment for what seems like forever. The only way to keep cool is to take my mind off of the past. Nature is one solution. Anthony is partly here for me as well." I admitted some of the facts, but I had remained somewhat vague. My history is not for everyone, and could very well turn people away.

I laughed more. "Not gross. It seems like you'd get sick of bat-themed foods though haha!"

Raven walked down the halls trying to memorize every classroom and then turned back to the lunch room. She had no idea why she cared so much all of a sudden , but she couldn't get kicked out of this school. No , definetly not. The alternative wasn't going to happen. She wouldn't let it.

Corrine went silent for a moment, after listening to Matt’s story. She hesitantly touched her shoulder to his, “I’m sorry...”
