"I agree. I'm sure I don't appreciate everything as much as you would...but I still don't take it all for granted." I smiled. "My family would sure like to be here probably. They're less fortunate than I am. I guarantee they wouldn't take this all for granted."

Corrine nodded in agreement, “I’m so excited!” She has never gone on a date before, or even hung out with a guy for this long. She was nervous, but she pushed that aside, she was excited to go and spend time with Matt.
Celes smiled which slowly disappeared.”My dad said I wouldn’t be able to survive this place. But living to the best of my ability I’m showing him that I’m a man he never was.” She said sighing.”She looked at the sky which had a beautiful sunset. She smiled at the sight.

I laughed sort of nervously. "Certainly I wouldn't hope you'd be all the man your father was." Jokes aside, I couldn't say I had ever been judged by my mother. She had always been supportive of my actions. My father went missing when I was young, and I didn't know why, but I'm sure he would've felt the same. I understood how important it is to support someone when they need it most. "Well, you're doing great so far," I told her. "keep it up."
Matt
I held out my hand. "Well, we still have some sunlight left, let's go window-shop. What do you say?" I always thought towns like this became more interesting at night. It offers a different perspective from the norm, and people would probably still be active in the night due to the extensive preparations.

Celes laughed at the joke.”Well I don’t mean it literally.” She said smiling.”That’s because I’m with you.” She said answering the other thing he said.
Corrine grabbed Matt’s hand and nodded in agreement, getting up and walking down the street, Matt trailing behind her. The streets were alive with people preparing for the festival. Music was playing, lanterns and decorations were hung up and glowing, and the crowds were all laughing and smiling in excitement.
Raven starred up at the sky as she walked about the town. Sure she should have been studying , but she didn't feel like it and the town was a great place for her to clear her thoughts. Or play tricks on others. She saw many people preparing for the festival that she wasn't planning on going to. Even Riba.
"Oh hey Raven, how are you doing" Riba stumbled upon Raven
Raven turned , suprised to hear the woman talking to her. " Oh um hey ? I'm doing ok. How about yourself?" She asked .
"I'm fine, just helping out the town preparing the festival. Are you going to the festival?"

"Aww, well you're too kind." I stopped talking for a little while and decided to admire the view of the scenery.
Matt
I took her to what appeared to be a knick-knack store. Filled to the brim with trivial and utterly useless things, but still fun. The store had a light smell of wood to it. Not overpowering and pleasant to the nose. I took in the views. To one side there were all kinds of toys and dolls, all handcrafted and brightly painted. To the other, around the house kind of stuff. Intricate clock designs, plates, silverware, quilts. I looked back at her and, as usual, asked what she had wanted to look at first.

Raven shrugged. " No I don't think so. " She'd thought about it long and hard , and thought she may come for a little bit , but doubted she'd be there to long. " Maybe for a little while."
"I tell you, that you are going to like it. The food, the lights, fireworks, the dance, it's gonna be great"
“The figures.” Corrine responded instantly. She walked over to them and picked up each one, studying it carefully. She picked up a small wooden figure that was painted to be a small fox, she studied the colours and the carving.
Raven shrugged again. " I don't know." She looked around , it was obvious everyone was working very hard to make the festival. " Keep up the good work." Surprising herself with the kind words , took a step back then started to walk off.
"Thanks"
Celes was going to grab Anthony’s hand but decided not to since it would make him uncomfortable. But she did put her hand near his on the bench.

I took her hand. "Come. Let us walk some. I need to stretch my legs." I said to her with a small grin on my face.
Matt
I always appreciated the small intricacies of the handmade items. They always seemed to have more care and thought put into them, regardless of if they actually did or not. "Being in this shop, seeing the little toys...it all gives me memories I so fondly remember but have never actually felt. It's strange..." It's like being a child again.

Corrine smiled up at Matt, leaning slightly against him. “It’s nice to be able to feel memories like that, to feel carefree.”
Celes blushed when he took her hand. She nodded and stood walking hand in hand with him.”You know this is only my human form right?” She said.
