Ever was about to respond to the teacher when a boy came in and introduced himself. She turned to face him and nodded, “Yes, my name is Ever Khalsa.” She responded, flashing him a smile and holding out her hand.

As she was leaving the garden, she heard the rest of the group speak. She looked around, before eventually seeing them on the roof. She rolled her eyes playfully before giving them a small wave and continuing on her way.

Ever nodded, following Russel out of the office. Her chains started making the quiet jingling noise again, noticeable against her quiet footsteps. “How long have you been a student here?” She asked him.
