Raven bit her lip and mumbled. " Hopefully never." She then looked at Alice. " So how'd you and E come..well together ?"

"No one travels at night..." Charles informed.

Raven nodded. " Makes sense." She sat down on the ground preparing herself for the night ahead

"how did me and E come together? i just got born with a spirit thingy inside me, recently i accepted it, and it became its own being."

"We know how hard it can be to... Be two things. I always struggle with pronouns," Charles stated, "but, we're not as... Problematic as your situation..."
Charles offered a sleeping bag to them both.

In the morning, the flame had finally went out as the spiders came out of their den to greet Charles and the crew. Charles grabbed the ashes from the fire for later use.

"how well did you sleep?"

"Well, I never sleep ok," Charles stated, "when you first start seeing shadows, you never sleep ok."
He sighed, glancing at the rabbit he had cooked yesterday.
