Kuro shook her head, feeling the wound being to heal at an unusually slow rate. "I'm fine. Go away." She rarely expected help form anyone, because to her if you let someone help you that meant you trusted them and there were only a few select people Kuro trusted. She clucthed her arm as the smell of blood weaken. Suta flew over to her side and looked her in her mismatched eyes.
"Kuro, you know that was not a normal arrow. Just swallow your pride and let him help!" He yelled to her in her mind. She didn't reply to the annoying dragon.

Stefan looked at kuro "look my house is not too far from here. you will be safe there." Stefan said as he picked up the arrow and realized it was not a normal arrow anyone would hunt with "I dont see as you have any choice so let me help you." Stefan said.

Suta wouldn't shut up about her taking Stefan's help so she gave in. "Fine, but as soon as I'm bandage up I'm leaving." She was usually cold to people she didn't know. The pain in her arm was growing more inbearable. She clucthed her arm tighter and gritted her teeth against the pain.

Stefan picked kuro up in his arms and looked at her "close your eyes." Stefan said then he vampspeeds with kuro in his arms to his house. When he gets there he carries her into the house and puts her on the couch. "ok now you can open your eyes. I will go get some medical supplies for your arm." Stefan said then he left the room .

Kuro had closed her eyes when she was told to. She listened as the wind whistled past her ears very quickly at a speed that she could not match. She waited to open her eyes for her to be told. Suta had came into the room after Stefan had left. He landed on the arm of the couch. She was still clutching her arm tightly. She could smell the scent of something she hadn't smelled in years. She couldn't tell what the scent was.

Stefan gathered some supplies and then came back to tend to kuro's wound. He started to notice it was already healing. "interesting I could have sworn this was alot worse." Stefan said looking at kuro "are you going to tell me why someone is after you?" Stefan asked

Kuro looked away form Stefan as he noticed that her wound was healing. She knew it was the genes in her body that healed her quiker than humans, even when posioned. She glanced at him as he asked her why she was being chased. "I ran away form my master." She answered bluntly.

Stefan finished wrapping kuro's arm. "would you like a drink?" Stefan asked then he walked over to the bar and poured a drink. "you know kuro if you need a place to stay that is safe, you can stay here." Stefan takes a deep breath "if you stay here there is something you should know about me. I am a vampire, but I dont kill to survive, I only drink animal blood." Stefan said as he looked at kuro waiting to see how she will react.

Kuro had met other vampires in her travels before so she was not surprised to hear that Stefan was a vampire. "I kind of had an idea that you might be one. I've met other vampires before." She didn't want to put in the point that she was half animal.

Stefan looked at kuro "oh really, maybe we ran into each other before. I should tell you my brother is also in town and he is not as nice as me so just be careful his name is Damon." stefan said just then damon walked in the house.

Damon had been out drinking and arrived home to find stefan playing nurse maid to some girl "what are you doing stefan?" Damon asked. Stefan looked up when he heard damon come in. "im helping her damon she got hit with an arrow." Stefan said then damon poured himself a drink and walked into the study.

"I doubt it. I've been in so many places and met so many people it is hard to remember who I've met. If you weren't in Russia then you have no reason to fear me." She said as she put her hand over a scar on her neck that looked like a choking scar. Kuro was surprised to see Damon come in to the house so randomly after his name was spoken. "Speak of the devil and he shall appear." She mumbled under her breath.

Stefan smiled a little because he heard what kuro mumbled. "Damon I would like you to meet kuro, she is a girl from school and she got hurt in the woods. Kuro this is my brother Damon.

"Kuro Sakuranbo." Kuro said quickly and flatly, not really use to having people around her besides Suta and one of her old friends that she hasn't seen in awhile. She sucked at making new friends.

Damon smiled and held out his hand "Damon Salvatore nice to meet you. now how did you get hurt in the woods?" Damon said. He was suspicious of kuro and wanted to find out more about her. he knew she wasnt a vampire but he also knew she wasnt completely human. And what was with that bird she carried around. He was going to have to find out as he carried out his other agenda.

Kuro simply shrugged. "Guess some huntsmen just mistaken me for an animal or something an shot me with his arrow." She didn't like Damon at all, she could tell that he was trying to get inforamtion out of her about her. She never talked much about her history unless she felt she could trust someone enough about it. She stood up, Suta flying over to her shoulder and preched there. "I think I should go now. Thank you, Stefan for helping, it was a..... pleasure to meet you, Damon." The way she lingeared on the word 'pleasure' said that she didn't enjoy Damon's company whatsoever.

Stefan decided it was best to let her go, he could tell damon was getting curious about her and he didn't want him to hurt her. "your welcome kuro, im glad I could help. I guess I will see you at school ." Stefan said

Damon tilted his head and smiled "the pleasure was all mine im sure. I hope I will see you again." Damon said then stefan showed her to the door.

Kuro nodded. "Yeah. Good night, guys." She walked out of the house and went back to her camp site in the woods. She saw that the hunstmen corspe was already gone, most likely taken away by a straving bear or wolf. She shrugged as Suta changed back into a dragon.
"Kuro, you need to be moe careful. You've met two vampires in one day, that isn't normal. I would understand it if you had a more appealing blood to them but you are a mixture of animal and human and your blood type is a rare one." He spoke into her mind. Kuro just rolled her eyes.
"Suta, don't worry. I understand that today has been strange but we've seen worse. Remember, twice I almost died and have more scars than I can count." She sighed, knowing that she needed this year to end fast so she could get out of this town because there is something strange about it.

Stefan was a little worried about kuro, he knew someone was after her so he couldnt wait to get to school and make sure she was ok. He walked to his locker and then he saw her and he walked over to kuro "good morning kuro how are you? I was worried about you."stefan said as he looked at her.
