I'm looking to run a choose your own adventure style game in the setting I have listed below. This can be One on One but if you have some friends that wish to join you then that would be ok to. But it dose have to take place in PM.
Long ago The 5 Grate Gods Waged war against the 5 elder Dragons for the fate of the world. And Tho many would say the God's had won the costs were so steep so steep those God's who were left alive had to return to Mount Majesty and leave the protection of the world in the hands of mortal men the world might never be the same again. And tho the Elder Dragons were all but extinct there kin still wage wars on the kingdoms of man to this very day.
Enter a Fantasy adventure world with over 50 locations each of witch have there own quests and story lines and factions and lore all written out.
Forge your own path! You can wonder and adventure freely to your hearts content, You can side with one or more of the many factions and help them gain power or make your own faction. Whether you want to gain wealth and power Or slay monsters and save the innocent or unravel the many mysteries of this world there is some thing for you.
But who are you?
If you wish to not spoil as much of the world as possible then I'd have be form a simple farming town and so no more.
If you don't mind the spoil and you wish to start as some thing more then I have a grate number of races, sub races and classes to pick form.

Is this still open? If so, would it be possible to play a dragon? I'm not sure if they're open to play.
Yes But for a number of reasons both in lore and for game play's fairness sake you would a human with the power to turn in to a dragon or a dragon traped in human form by some binding spell who is only able to return to dragon form for short amounts of time before becoming tired.
