Two generations have passed since Avatar Korra. Avatar Ingresh, the most recent Avatar, retired to the mountains to live out his older years in peace. Nobody knew when he passed away, or when a new avatar would resurface. Would another avatar truly make their presence known? The world seemed so peaceful that perhaps the avatar was not needed anymore.
And yet...suddenly, the spirits started stirring. They were growing unsettled, skittish. Something foreboding was on the horizon.
As if sensing the call, a new figure makes their way to Republic City. A young woman from a small village in the Fire Nation. A young woman named Rani.
The new Avatar.
((OOC notes: This isn't STRICTLY canon, as in, you don't need to have seen every episode of ATLA or LOK. canon characters may be referenced, but due to the timeline they will not be active characters. This is meant to be more of an "OC in the same setting as ATLA/LOK" RP.
The current setting is going off of LoK, where there's things like Republic City, a president, probending tournaments, etc.
Playstyle Preference: Please write in third person with decent grammar/spelling. The more you give me in a post, the happier I am! Please give me at LEAST four-to-five lines. The more you give me, the more I can give back, and the less likely my muse will ditch on me.
note; any sexual themes will have the 'fade to black' method. This is a PG, PG-13ish RP. Nothing explicit will happen.))
