Athena smiled. "What about you Calan?"

A knife shot out of her boot and she caught it. "I'm good."

Athena grabbed the bow and arrow. "You guys ready to go?"
((ok bye))

"Ready when you are" he said jumping to his feet "let's roll".

((Back later))

Calan put the knife back her boot. "As ready as I'll ever be."

"Then let's do this. Lead the way, Shade."

((Shade isn't here, so why not.))
Shade starts to lead them to the Darkling city. "So, do you have anyone left?"

"What?" Shade asked surprised, leading them off towards the city, "you mean family, friends that sort of thing, because personally I wouldn't know".

Calan continued following Shade in awkward silence.

"Yeah, that was what I meant. But seeing as you have no memory of your past, I guess it may be hard for you to answer that. What about you Calan?"

"I don't like to dwell on it, but there is something I do remember," he said, reaching under his mask to rub his face, "I was with a small group, we set off to find some dangerous artifact and save the world, but before we got there one of them stabbed me, leaving me there dead".

"Wow. Wait a minute, you were one of the Searchers?"

"The who?" Asked Shade, keeping a sharp ear out for any signs of trouble.
