hi i love talking about dreams tbh. i have a plethora of wild dreams but here’s the one i had last night:

-i was driving in search of??? something important??? i drove forever and as i got further and further away from my town everything became more and more Minimalist. and then i was at the entrance to this beach called NEVERIA. sky was white. sand was all one shade and stretched for miles. water was all one shade and unmoving and stretched for miles. no one was there. the word NEVERIA was in the sky. i was terrified and left. there was a very very strong feeling of “i’m not supposed to be here at all i shouldn’t have found this”.

-i had a girlfriend. i’m gay.

-i was??? waiting for my
mom at a weird version of walmart and i was sitting at these tables with my Girlfriend but i was sad because my Girlfriend wasn’t acknowledging my existence at all and i think flirting with someone else.

-i remember feeling really anxious about Something idk what but this is normal so

-my mom found me, she turned our cat into some unholy abomination, a gigantic cat with the feet of a bird and raven wings. i was fine with it. this had something to do with the thing we were searching for. i still can’t remember what it was but i remember feeling like it was very important.

-something about???? a cabin??? and being chased by something but i left so

I almost always have nightmares about houses or buildings that are in some way just wrong. Also toilets, there's often toilets. I don't understand my brain.

recently i've had a few really horrible ones though.

I dreamed that there was a field of grassy plants but I walked through them with shorts on and my legs were all hurt and had these massive welts. Some locals told me it was the "bloat flies" that laid their eggs in you and then a few weeks later these giant maggots would hatch out. I was freaking out begging them to help me before this happened and they were all "there's nothing you can do, it'll hurt like hell but it'll be over pretty quick" and I was going to extreme lengths like trying to boil my legs and cut into them and stuff to get these things OUT before they hatched. *shudder* yuuuck.

I had another one where there was a guy sleeping with a headless corpse, like.. wth? It was some punishment.
I woke up all "what!??"

gross.

A while back I had this strange dream which had a backstory. The house, the woman who owned it was a bit mental and she'd dictated in her will that her body be bricked up behind the front door. So that's what they did.
so we were for some reason staying at this house which was more like a hotel, but because of the corpse door had to use the back door to get in.
Wierd things happened but I don't remember a lot of the creepiness except a room with two skeletal brides sitting/laying on the bed in full bridal clothing including veils
what on earth?

I don't tend to have nice dreams, just creepy unsettling ones. Usually triggered by me overheating. If I get too hot I have the most horrible nightmares.

I stopped having dreams (that I can remember) a few years ago, but prior to that there were some honourable mentions:

- my only ever lucid dream, which involved parkour on floating mirror skyscrapers

- that time I killed a wizard (my brother) by throwing kitchen appliances at his head?

- people fighting to the death in a swamp over a cup of rice

- my friend and I trudging up a mountain in a blizzard because we had to talk to the giant owl king at the top

- recurring childhood zombie apocalypse dreams with my recurring apocalypse companion, Some Guy. in the last dream I had (age twelve) we were captured by bandits and they bashed his skull in with a sledgehammer. it was the only nightmare that's ever woken me up, and also since then he hasn't appeared in any other dreams. guess he's dead for good.

these are all so wild??

i had a dream once that there was this weird rainforest that humans couldn't go to because of poisonous toxins in the air or something. people used to live there before it was all toxic though and there was some cool swirly architecture. the poisonous gas or whatever also warped the peacocks there and we could create rainbow paint from their feathers??? anyways when i woke up from this dream i was still half asleep and i was thinking "that was so cool are there any places like that irl". and then i was like "chernobyl" and went back to sleep.

I find this really weird...because I've never had this happen before...but I had a nightmare about one of my characters last night. Now, I get it...Desir is kinda creepy BUT I made him...and it's been a while since I made him, I'm in a few Rp's using him...if I were going to be afraid of him shouldn't it have happened sooner?

On a completely different note, I also had dreamed I was getting mauled by a large crocodile/alligator...only it's teeth were made of rubber.

I was laughing hysterically and squirming in it's mouth because it tickled.

Aaaand apparently I was 'laughing like a hyena' and rolled off my couch I was squirming around so much in my sleep...my lover told me about that when he woke me up hours later.

I still can't forget about this...it's been over a month and every time I think of this I can't help but laugh.

My weirdest dream is as follows. I have retold it many times, and had it many years ago. But I swear on my mother's name, this is exactly how it happened.

In the dream, the sewers under my parents' house were controlled by Disney's Hades (this guy). He created a protective charm to keep people from entering the sewers. At this point, the dream "camera" cuts to look at the charm. It is a toilet brush covered in cling wrap and Pop Rocks. Now, Hercules and Wu Ya from Xiao-Lin Showdown are standing in my parents' bathroom, trying to figure out how to deal with this situation. Hercules is like, "Okay, we gotta be real careful, real methodical, no crazy moves ..." Wu Ya looks super guilty and gets real evasive. Hercules exclaims, "What did you DO?!" The dream camera then cuts over to a tiny animated George Washington being flushed down the toilet.

That's it. That's the dream.

I usually have really disturbing dreams, but there is two that were very odd and a lot more lighthearted. Just so ya'll know, I do happen to remember most of my dreams and mostly what occured.

I had a dream where I woke up and saw this shadow looming above my bed I blinked and it was gone I woke up to tell my mom about the shadow and a I said was whispers.
