School kissing is absolutely OK, but the implication that there will be fade to black scenes is not.
Fade to black doesn't really mean anything else but implied sexual scenes, so using it where minors are involved is still against site rules, even if you're trying to justify it like a young adult novel. We don't allow it, at all, so please don't use it as a writing medium on our site where minors are present.
