You are the captain of the star ship, The Celestial, which was given to you by the admiral of Star Corp. You and the admiral are very close friends. I am the pampered human daughter of the enemy admiral of Exatek Defense. You and the admiral of Star Corp decide to take me prisoner, to try to prevent my father from starting a war. The plan has worked in the past, but this is a new admiral and you have no idea what you've started.
What I am looking for:
-SEMI-LIT/LITERATE writing style. (3+ COMPLETE sentences)
-A MALE character with SOME magic ability.
-FUN!

Magic may be accepted as truth but is not common. It might be harnessed only by specific beings. Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones.
Far future, perhaps galactic teleporters and fast terraforming
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
