How do i post a picture in a rp request forum?
I have a idea on a rp scenario but need to post
a pic of the area the rp is based in to give people a
better understanding, can someone please explain?

[img][/img] is the command. There is also a small icon of a picture above the box where you type that you can click and it will ask you for the link.

Ok i am not the smartest when it comes to computers.
I put in [img][/img] into the message and nothing happened.

you need to type the picture's web address or URL between the brackets [] picture address [/]

It does not have a web address. i am currently trying to
pic of a map that i drew on and saved to my desktop.

I'd recommend you upload your photos to Imgur, then copy their addresses.

Messages only allow links to pictures or links to websites / videos.

Since you have the pictures stored in your computer I would suggest that you pick any of your character profiles then...

Edit your character profile to add the gallery widget then...

You can use the gallery widget from your character profile to upload the pictures from your computer. They will be stored in RP Repository website.

Once you have done that (and saved the changes) you can view your character profile to see the photos/images

Right click the picture and choose "copy link address"

Now you can paste the image URL into the message using the tags []address[/]

It will be a lot more simple if i just thought of putting the
pic in dropbox and adding the address to the message.
I can't seem to figure this out. Need to put a more simple way
of adding photos, like a book that is for uploading pics onto
this website for dummies, lol.

Yes dropbox, google drive and imgur are good solutions too

Unfortunately we do not yet have the ability to upload documents, music and pictures directly into the messages, only use links, for the moment

Files uploaded to Dropbox and Google Drive won't work with the img tags, as they don't offer any direct image urls that end in .jpg, .png or similar. You can only use the url tag to direct link, but people have to click on those before they see the images.

Imgur on the other hand does allow using img tags, each uploaded image has an img code ready for copy and paste!

I used google drive so they click on the link and look at the map
