Gaia looked at Markal and smiled." Good job." She winced before rubbing her wounded shoulder.

Markal gave her a worried look "Hey you gonna be ok?"

"I think so. What worries me is that I didn't get a good look at the wolf. I couldn't tell if it had a special power like me." Gaia sighed before looking at Markal." Don't worry about me. It just hurts a little."

Markal yawned. "Ok. So long as you're ok." Tolora pulled out a blanket then. "Time for bed buddy. We should probably keep a watch in case the Demon Wolf shows up."

"I can stay up by myself if your tired, Tolora." Gaia stood up and stretched, planning on sitting in front of the cave.

Tolora smiled gratefully. "Thanks. Just wake me up about midnight and I'll take watch so you can sleep too."

"I'm not promising. I don't need as much sleep as you." Gaia headed toward the enterance, sitting right outside the cave.

Tolora shrugged. "If you say so. I have an extra blanket in my pack if you get cold." Markal was pretty much asleep on his feet. She pulled him gently down to the ground and covered him with a blanket.

Gaia glanced behind her shoulder and watched them a bit before looking back outside. Gaia was still in the same spot she sat in when the morning finally came but she was curled up in her wolf form. This time, she was a few feet bigger than a normal wolf and she looked like a fluffy snowball.

Tolora walked outside and stretched. "Good morning." She said to Gaia. Markal was still fast asleep. "Looks like nothing eventful happened overnight. How's your shoulder?"

Gaia lifted her head and looked at Tolora." It's fine. It healed overnight." Gaia yawned.
