My name is Ithel and I'm a writer / artist who has a ton of OCs with some darker backgrounds and circumstances looking to give them the love and community they deserve. I've only added my main kid Nox up right now but I have more characters than I can handle. Most of them will be tragic and #edgy due to projection, sorry about that. I love role-playing ships and...other stuff related to that...but I'm up for most of anything. I've only really interacted with the Tumblr RP community so this is a new thing for me. My experience is that it's very worthwhile to be here. I am very curious about your experiences RPing on tumblr. I've thought about it, but I can't quite seem to get into it based on my experiences.

Roleplaying on Tumblr is where I learned to do it, basically. I personally like the format it provides but it may take some getting used to with other people. There are some pet peeves that have cropped up as popular things though lately, like really inaccessible #aesthetic Tumblr themes and text formatting that makes me cringe when I read it, but I've mostly been able to avoid that and just enjoy writing.

As you can see, everyone here is great. RPR is a pretty open and wonderful community. I actually learned how to RP on fanfiction, and then tumblr, so I know what it's like to come from that community. I think RPing here in RPR is much simpler, honestly! Easier interface, easier navigation, and I've never not found someone here who doesn't cater to any whimsy of RP I feel in the mood for.
If you're ever looking for someone to RP with, send said person a PM! Or have a gander at the Looking for RP forum. Or, worst case scenario, start your own!
