If you haven't already guessed, this RP happens in Gotham city. Don't panic! You don't need to know anything about the setting. This RP is open. However, we have some ground rules to keep it as smooth as possible!

[!] Turns will be casual and real time. If you take too long to post or it makes sense to skip you, you will be skipped! But please don't let that stop you from playing. This is a group Rp, there will probably be someone who matches your pace!

[!] Any kind of character is allowed! Whether human or otherwise. All I ask is that you uphold the spirit of the setting. Gotham is acquainted with weird, but humans don't believe in magical creatures here. A mysterious feral wolf would be picked up by animal control. Use cartoon logic to give your character the illusion of being human in a crowd. (Put a hoodie on your wolf anthro, for example.)

[!] Respect Rp immersion. Security is watching. Please don't stumble in with super villains, full of arrows, or in a way that forces everyone else to drop what they're doing and run to your character. Dramatic scenes should be worked up to- not dropped from the sky, if you get my drift. These folks will be escorted out IC and ignored OOC.

[!] Please have read a few books in your life. I'm looking for players who can match my skill level. I don't ask much. Just a paragraph or two per post, punctuation where it matters and spell check.

[!] This is a spontaneous non-committal Rp. I'm just looking for new people to meet on my day off.

Wayne Botanical Garden had opened its doors to local growers for the weekend, and whoever else was willing to make the drive. Of course, Herman's mom and two of his aunts had answered the call readily.

He suspected for reasons other than to sell honey and apples, because they'd gone to great lengths to make sure he was coming. His DS had mysteriously gone missing but his phone was fully charged. Lost it in the wash. Mhmm. Sure they did. That wasn't a ploy to get him looking for other means of entertainment at all.
It was cute how they thought he didn't know.

He'd had a lot of time to think about it during the drive, and was still mulling it over while he stacked jars with a placid smile. He didn't know how he felt.

The fact that he was thinking about her at all was probably as good an answer as he was going to get.

He capped the last jar with another, sighed a sigh that by all appearances was deeply contented, and talked over his shoulder.

"Maw? I'm gonna go walk around."
