Err, we don't usually have Kitsunes or part humans because it's a modern setting and all..Also you didn't do the stats.

Just because it's a modern setting, it doesn't mean that you can't use non-humanoid species.

Yeah, it is in the rules though, and the purpose was kinda that people didn't know about them having these powers.
