I wasn’t sure whether to put this in the help forum or not. When my epic membership expires will the custom template my character is using go away? I read that that is the case but I’m not completely sure if that’s true. Just a little confused, let me know the answer if you got one!

You will keep the characters, but will be unable to edit them, all the templates will be switched to basic member ones.
To elaborate on the previous answer, if you have your own custom templates that you made, they will not be deleted. Your hard work will be preserved!
Regarding Epic templates: the only thing that happens when Epicness expires is that your characters become unable to use all Epic templates. Their profiles will revert back to the last non-Epic template you used for them.
Characters can still be edited as long as you have enough permanent and free slots in your account. If your # of created characters exceeds these slots, the ones you created last will be locked from editing entirely.
The general baseline for RPR is that your hard work will always be preserved where possible, and you don't lose anything. At most you simply can't use or edit certain things. Adding new Epicness will restore all your abilities to add and edit though.
