Hi! I have played Skyrim, Dark Souls, the Fable series, and many other games and decided to finally join something that is both more adaptive and less frustrating than a pre-programmed story and a focus on time-consuming combat grinding for xp. Also I figure going from playing alone to playing with other people is a step towards actually having a social life lol. Furthermore, I can never find anyone who has read the same books as me, so I don't get to talk about them much.
Anyway, one thing to understand about me is that I have a pretty dark sense of humor. I have similar tastes in music; I really like metal (especially Metallica). However, as you might have guessed by my choice of games, I enjoy all things medieval/fantasy, and that includes German folk music like Faun, folk metal like Eluveitie, capes, swords, armor, etc. I have some interest in sci fi, though not as much. I like Star Wars more for the swords, cloaks, and magic than for the spaceships and lasers. Also, since I have a job but didn't need student loans and don't have children I can occasionally afford to buy things like a longbow and a sword cane irl.
