Aviva seemed to have drifted off, but wasn't asleep. She had half closed lids but she was still standing.

"Absorb this" Hector picked up a pebble and threw it to her.

Celes lake her head on Schatten’s shoulder.

Alexis frowned. "I'm not sure if I can absorb anything that doesn't have life." She tried to, but nothing visible occurred.

Schatten smiles at Celes, then looks at Hector and Alexis.

Damien giggled silently at Adi’s remark.

"Put your will into it"

“What’s so funny?” She asked Damian.

Alexis tried again. "Well I think a little something is coming out...But I don't know what it does." She said, and then finished clenching it as nothing more was coming.

"What happens when you absorb something?"

"I copy the appearance slightly with my eyes and get it's abilities," she said. You did notice her eyes were grey now instead of silver.

“Oh I didn’t show you the full extent of what I can do.” Damien whispered back

"Maybe it wasn't big enough to do much?" Alexis suggests.

"So when you absorb a goat, you get goat eyes. Do your eyes turn to wood if you absorb wood?"

"No, just brown like the wood." She says.

"When I absorb materials it usually just gives me that consistency, at least when I've tried."

“You don’t know what I can do.” She said.

"By the end of the year, I want you to be able to take on apperance of what you absorb, even dead things"

"I'm not sure if I could do that.." Alexis says uncertainly.

*Why isn't she done yet?* Aviva thought annoyedly. *Just absorb a bug or something.*
