"Good" Nalani stopped, checking their surrounding.
"I do hope that you didn't get hit by one, they're probably poisonous."
"I don't think I got hit but that might have just been me." She couldn't see her back.
"You didn't get hit, don't worry."
Nalani nodded." Do you want to keep going to put some distance between us and those people chasing us?"
"Nah, there's strength in numbers."
Nalani shook her mane." I guess we should rest here."
"Okay."
Nalani knelt on her front legs so he could get off.
Pichuun walked off of Nalani and walked around.
Nalani turned into her human form. She sat down as she let out a sigh of relief.
"If they come back, we will have to fight them. You do know that, right?"
"Yeah. Good thing I haven't used my powers in a while."
"Same with mine. I wonder if they will still do what they are meant to do."
"You never know."
"Yeah."
Nalani stretched." I need to stop transforming so much."
"I agree. It must be tiring on you."
Nalani nodded." I usually transform at least once every day."
"In what situations do you transform?"
