"Well that seems reasona-" He was interrupted by a sound in the distance. He took two steps to his left, turned around, then several darts flew by his face and stuck themselves on a nearby tree.

"Again?" She got up.

"Apparently." Pichuun pulled out a dart and examined it. "Maybe I can figure out what these do."

"We might wanna get away first." She put up a silver energy barrier around them.

"Maybe that's what they want us to do though..."

"I can fight but not for long." She looked at Pichuun.

"As for me, I have a variety of ways to deal with these attackers, but it might be difficult. You don't happen to have healing spells, do you?"

"A few. Your not going to do something stupid, are you?"

"Of course not. I just need them if we ever get tired during the battle."

Nalani nodded. She dropped the shield.

"OK. The source of the attack came from..." Pichuun pointed to his right. "That way. Follow me, but be on your guard."

"Lead the way." Nalani let a small sliver of silver energy float near her.

Pichuun walked in the direction the attack seemed to come from.
(You can decide what was attacking us if you want to.)

Nalani followed.

Pichuun's 3rd eye picked up something after a while. "Be quiet. I think the people who attacked us are nearby."

Nalani looked around. Something seemed familiar about the people who attacked them.

"Do you know these people, Nalani?"
