I made a promise once, but like all promises I had to break. I mean sure people talk about how its bad luck to break a promise and all but it really improved my life. Your probally wondering what my promise was arn't you? It's quite simple, I promised my mother that I would never be evil or mean. I promised that I would never kill, that I would ignore the fact that I can control death itself. The ruler of all that is dead or needs to die. Now I have broken my promise, but my mothers dead so does is really matter now? If you promised to something to someone and they die your releaved of your promise right? Well at least thats what I thought.......
Zoey was on her knees, arms tied to a post behind her. A small tear fell down her cheeck. Her arms stund from all the cuts and bruises. After her mother had died, there was no one left to protect her against this. She didn't quite remember what happened, all she remember was getting beaten and tied up. The people who doid this are now long gone and won't come back.";

He had to make sure they were gone... They all had to be gone and he had to save her. He waited for a long time to make sure the men weren't coming back for this girl and when it finally became apparent they weren't coming back, he nervously stepped into the open then ran towards her, taking out his knife as he did.
"Once you're free, just run! Run west and don't stop until you come to a small camp," he whispered urgently and began severing the ropes.

Zoey stared at him confused, her vision a bit blurred. "I couldn't run even if I tried." Her voice was so weak it was barley above a whisper.
"Oh... Alright, one second," he whispered again and finally cut through all the ropes and caught her before she fell.
"And up," he said as he stood, picking her up sideways in his arms with one arm wrapped under her armpits and the other under her knees. His wolf ears lay flat against his hair as he began jogging back to his camp.

"Wh-where are you taking me?" Zoey's senses wern't one hundred percent yet but she was able to sense that she was safe with this strange guy.
"Somewherw safe, to my camp," he said softly. It took about ten minutes at his speed but they made it. He gently set her down on his sleeping may and began mashing up herbs that were drying in the sun.
"Thanks.." Zoey managed, feeling better now that she was warm and safe. "But why are you doing this?"
"Why wouldn't I?" he retorted and brought back a bowl full of a green paste. He began rubbing it into the wounds on her wrists and ankles and they immediately stopped bleeding and closed up, the goop seeping into her skin, "Where does it hurt the most?"
"My arms." She flinched from the slight sting his mixture had on her wounds. "You could have been killed..."
(are you up for chat?)
(are you up for chat?)
(Sure)
"No. They were gone for over an hour. I made sure," he said apologetically and started rubbing the mixture onto her arms. It seeped into her skin and woul immediately heal any wounds and relieve any soreness.

"It's still not the most common thing, I mean I don't even know you and you risked your life..thanks." Zoey rubbed her arm. "Wow, that stuff really works."
"Yeah... I don't have too much left though. It requires the petal of a certain flower and I've only found one. I've got two petals left," he said quietly and then sat in front of her, his bare feet touching each other and his hands on his knees, "I'm David," he smiled and his bushy wolf tail began to wag.
"Nice to meet you David, I'm Zoey." Zoey said in sweet voice, smiling softly. She held out her hand.
"Pleasure to meet you Zoey," he gently grabbed and then kissed the top of her hand, "What exactly happened to you?"
Zoey's cheeks turned pink when he kissed her. "I.." She trailed off not sure wther to trust this complete stranger.
"You don't have to tell me... What's important is that you're safe," he smiled, his ears pricked forwards.
"That's okay I can tell you." Zoey turned into her wolf anthro form aswell. She had two soft black ears and a fluffy black tail streaked with dark blue. She pulled a dark blue ribbon out of her jeans pocket and quickly braided her hair.
"Woah!" David fell back a bit, "You're a full wolf anthro? That's really cool!" he grinned, "I've only got the ears and tail... And sense of smell."
"I'm way more than that...Would you like to hear about all my forms, I would show you but some of them might scare you." She smiled again.
"Sure!" he smiled excitedly.
