Jack of course dirifted off quickly but his silent slumber did not last long. He was woken up by a thundering knock at the door. He shakily got to his feet as he opened his door. There standing at the door was a big,old country looking guy wearing a bolo tie. Jack's eyes would widen in fear,seeing the devil himself standing at his door.

Luna flinched when she heard the thundering knocking at the door. She came out of Jack's room to see what was going on but she could feel the tension in the air and instantly knew something was wrong. "Jack, what's wrong?" She whispered.

"Luna......you need to go back upstairs to my room." A male's hand reached in and pushed Jack back.
"Luna huh? That's an interesting name," The cold older looking male said as he extended his hand towards the girl. "The name's Luci. They also call me the king of cash."
Jack looked down, his skin growing a dead on pale ivory color. Luci had smirked as Jack showed signs of emptiness where a soul should be.
"Jack, do you not remember what you are to do?"
Jack's eyes closed as his head tilted down. He nodded slowly and sighed. "Luna...stay inside...don't look outside no matter what you may hear...no matter what you sense."
Luci grabbed Jack's arm and pushed him outside, him being pushed along until he was in the land between his house and his stable. The door had slammed behind them as well.

Luna was in such a state of shock form having Luci that close to her. As an angel, her first instinct was to fight but she held back and just clenched her fists, trying to remain calm as her eyes become a deeper shade of red. She did not say a word to either of the men as they had left. She kept her ear to the door listening intensively. She knew that something was wrong, very wrong. Why would the devil himself come after Jack? What was their agreement? She could only hope that it wasn't going to cost Jack his life.
