On the surface, it's a small town. Nothing special. Behind the scenes, though, as with every town, there's something darker. A history of abuse, corruption, murder and crime.
My char of choice will be Sol, a local conman that's living there innocuously enough with the help of a few bribes and misdirections. That's by no means saying he's the most formidable person in town, nor the most important, but he does have connections and a silver tongue. You can take it from there. I'm not intending for there to be a main char in this, but go ahead and join.
