((Treat it like a modern rp, and you are just having a conversation. Should last until someone leaves. Just in this case talking is replaced with fighting and leaving is dying/ retreating.)) Pangda: Pangda rose from the depths. It was a massive squid covered in spikes, and it was angry. It had a mark on it's head from the rock.

"Oh, a tier three. This could be interesting."

I throw one of my knifes and the mark on the Squids Head and i back up a little trying not get hit by the Tentacles.

Pangda: It snapped it's beak, slamming spiked tentacles into the ground in attempts to hit him. ((afk))

I swing my sword at the Tentacle but noticed nothing is working so I throw one more knife at his head

Pangda: It writhed in pain, blood splattering on the ground. It retreated into the depths.

“What I did it?” I said with a big smile on my face. “ did I pass your test?”

He walked over, clapping. "Congratulations, a squid respects you. I never thought i would say that, but anyway." He put the splatters of blood in a vial. "yep, that'll be enough."

“thank you!” I said still smiling and putting some the blood in a vial to keep.” What’s next?”

A moss-covered stone figure rises out of the lake with a loud rumbling sound.

"Damn it, we only needed one.. Taeral, stand back." He took out his blade.

It reaches for them with a large blocky hand, water dripping from it.
