He walked up to the teacher in charge of the tournament. "Hey, is there an open spot for the tourney?"

He grinned like an evil salesperson. "Strange flashing runes, eh? Well do I have a product for you!" He pulled out his bag of runestones, eyes flashing. "Take your pick!"
Chiaran smiled and she crossed her arms "So core?"
Teacher: He rummaged through them. “No... nope.. not that one.. sorry, these are all very nice but there are some very specific ones I need. They seem almost sentient? If you break them, there’s a strange creature inside.”

Tearal walks too the teacher “ who’s my opponent I thought my turn was next?” he asked pulling out a kinfe getting ready to fight someone.
