I'm looking for three other people(partners) to hangout with. I want to setup a group(family) of us. I'm looking for friends, not just partners. So I'd love to not only roleplay, but just talk too.
I currently don't have a certain aim for a roleplay, but once I've got three others I'd be glad to discuss a roleplay. I however know the genres this will be based on: fantasy, modern, science fiction, mystery, romance, and possibly slice of life.
Anyways, it'll be a group of four in total, we will be interested in being friends and roleplaying the genres of the above.

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
Modern
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
Details: Freeform, adjustable length posts, one-off scene.
