A slightly paranormal character (see "The Original" tab in his character sheet) looking for friends, normal or otherwise!
There's a gap in the driving rain and people scramble to take advantage of it however they can. On your way to wherever it is you intend to stay dry, you bump into someone (he bumps into you?). Soaked to the bone and without coat or umbrella, he apologizes, makes sure you're okay, and goes on his way. He was bouncy and exciteable, and his eyes seemed to have had an odd glow, but he seemed nice enough. But he dropped his phone in the confusion and now he's gone! That's one weird-looking phone, though...
I'm not down for romance, but I love the 'fated first meeting' that happens in them. So I figured, why not try to do that but in a friendship way? If you have a better plot idea, hit me up and lets see what happens!
