When times get heated, dark, lonely, Jezabelle has no one to turn to. She has no clue where her older and younger brothers are in that time. She had made a deal for one of her friends, and she only had a few more months left. She was searching far and wide for her brothers, not knowing they were just under her nose, following her. They had their angel,
Castiel, with them at the time when they finally found her. When they did, she had given them (Sam and Dean) a big, tight hug. She had missed them, a lot, and was quiet for a while until Castiel had broke the news of her only having a few months left because of a deal she had made a few years ago.

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
