1823, Plymouth, England.

The Hightowers are an elven family, most of which are artists. Painters, musicians, and actors. Most of the Hightower family is magically adept. The Hightowers live in a secluded manor, surrounded by forests, though they have easy access to the town of Plymouth itself.

The manor itself houses most of the Hightower family, as well as various servants, maids, butlers and caretakers. The workers of the manor range from humans to dragonborn.

It's an uneventful day for the manor. The Hightowers and the workers are going about their usual schedules, when an anomaly is discovered. A room, that isn't meant to be there. Before anyone can investigate into it much, the room is gone. And a while later, another room appears, and leaves without as much as a trace.

Hey! So, let's get to the OOC stuff!

First off, anyone can play either a Hightower member, or a worker of the manor. However, if you're going to play a Hightower, I ask that your character is an elf of some kind, your character has at least an interest in some sort of artistic discipline, (drawing, writing, making music, etc.) and, of course, your character's last name is "Hightower"

As for the workers, there are effectively no limits to what character you can use. However, please send me their sheet so I can approve them.

I ask that each player only has control of 3 characters.

I will also be playing all the NPC's, as well as 3 characters of my own.

This sounds fun as all-get-out. I'd love to join, and I do have an Elven character (I was wondering if I could have one of my guys be a Hightower), but he's not officially up on RPR yet; although I do have a half-gorgon who I make an Elf depending on the environment so there's that.

We'd be happy to have you play a Hightower! And by we I mean myself.

To be entirely honest, I barely have an idea of what characters to play. I know I want to at least play one Hightower and one servant. And that Hightower would be a grumpy old dude.

I see. Well, I know I wanna play at least one Hightower (the Elf I mentioned) and have one of my other characters be a servant, even though none of the ones I have on RPR at the moment really fit the servant mold

Hello, I am interested. I am working on a nearly powerless creature that could be forced into being a servant because of their inferior background. They would end up serving the Hightowers, would that work?
