hi all! so i'm new to this site, and am hoping to do an rp with like?? my favorite oc ever. (while unfinished, her bio can be found here!)
a couple of things before we get into the meat of it...
♡im sixteen, seventeen in a few months, and while i'm cool with roleplaying with adults, it would be cool if you could give me a heads up if you're over twenty-five
♡my post lengths vary, i don't like to write with a word count in mind. however my starters are usually, at minimum 4+ paragraphs (although the usual is closer to like six)- and most of my replies are at least a paragraph or two. if i'm invested in the rp and am in a good mood, you can expect to see upward of seven.
♡i don't require matching lengths, like i said, writing with a word count is lame. however if i give you a five paragraph post, i don't want to see three sentences in return.
♡i'm really picky when it comes to rping. i care a lot about the quality of my partner, both in strict terms of quality, but also in the vaguer sense of who they are. while its an extremely ambiguous and hard to define topic, i'm extremely aware of creative wavelengths. there's a clear difference between tentatively passing ideas back and forth and making compromises and "OMG YESYESYESYSYESY I LOVE THAT !!! I LOVE YOU!!! CUT MY DICK OFF THATS GOOD SHIT" so if i cut things off or reject you, don't be too offended. it isn't anything personal, or even an insult to your ability, i just gotta have those wavelengths man
♡the character im playing (cindy,,,, my gal,,,, my girl,,,, the light of my life,,,) doesn't interact well with female characters for reasons that are Too Much to get into, so for this rp, i'm searching for male characters. other rps will be different (obvi), but yeah thats,,, the case 4 this one man

basic premise: your cliche clique is actually a cult
cw: LOTS OF BAD THINGS, cults (obv), eating disorders, blood & gore, probably death and murder, ba d b a d t h in gs, like watch me throw goddamn cannibalism into this u know i can
basic premise: the best curve ball for any political revolution is finding out the government actually consists of cannibals
cw: uh???? cannibalism???? will most likely have some gruesome death scenes because,,, yeah man,,, cannibals,,
basic premise: running away and rewriting your identity is fun but running away and rewriting your identity and being corrupted by the modeling industry is even better
cw: eating disorders, implications of sexual abuse/harassment, bad stuff man but at least theres no murder
and!! thats it for now folks! ofc im down to hear any ideas you may have, these are just the concepts i've had on my mind recently. you can either pm me or reply below if you're interested! ta!

okay so!! the fun thing that i love about cindy is she gets over in her head. like a L O T. she thinks she knows whats up but she really doesnt!!! and shes too proudful to admit otherwise!!
so basically, whats up in this universe is that cliche highschool has ur cliche clique. those extra mean, extra beautiful, often rich girls that are just so??? perfect and so popular and so cruel and you can't sit with them
only theres,,, a lotta MESSED UP stuff going on under the surface. intense "initiation" where they'll drop off girls in the middle of the woods with no resources whatsoever and expect them to find their way back, blackmail, extortion, purposefully driving peers to suicide, weigh ins- and yes, murder
there are a lot of ways we can go with this, and one of my ocs, lien, would be an e x c e l l e n t ringleader, so like?? if you're interested, let me know!

hi so i have this idea of like, yknow, your typical YA novel-esque dystopia. things suck and wygd about it besides get a rag tag team of under qualified heroes to bring down the big bad!!
a general overview of the society is just kinda????? eh its shit????? poverty???? corruption????? the government works hand and hand with organized crime oh no
its,,, admittedly underdeveloped
but what ISNT underdeveloped is how i want to absolutely MURDER cindy
basically, she's a bored, overly ambitious, kinda-upper class gal whos just??? fed up with partying. okay shes not fed up with it, she could never be fed up with it, its against the law, but she wants more. she wants excitement, risk, a sense of duty and accomplishment. and she somehow finds that in a budding rebellion.
she finds her way into it by interacting with increasingly skeevy people, and then sleeping with the director because she thinks thats the best way to get what you want (it isnt)
and?? eventually, after joining, she gets assigned to infiltrate these elite "dinner parties." its supposed to be normal spy work, just slip in, eavesdrop on a few conversations, maybe poison a senator or two
but then they make a show out of murdering a man and proceed to sautee him with a bit of butter and lemon.

i have this universe where cynthia actually isn't cynthia. like,, cindy is almost kinda a persona she's made for herself to kinda exemplify who she wants to be.
her real name is caylee marsh, and shes from a tiny town in the heart of iowa where there's more cows and potatoes than people and i mean?? she's just fed up with it. she considers herself to be above it all, and she want greatness, and so she books it.
from there, she's cynthia rose svenson: blonde, glamorous, californian, rich- you get the picture
and man i mean??? typical runaway stories are fun but
its a lot more fun when your runaway teen is desperate completely taken advantage of in viscous hollywood industries and doesn't know what to do it about it
